Dbol and test cycle opinion

Hey guys I've been reading up a lot on gear and I figured for my first cycle I want to run dbol and test. I was thinking of running 20mgs of dbol for 7 weeks and test 12-14 weeks. Also was thinking about running dbol @ 25mgs for 6 weeks. Just not sure if running the dbol @20 or 25 is that big of a difference. I've read a lot and most say 20 is plenty enough. My goal is to put on 15lbs of retainable muscle. Would like your guys opinion with this cycle as well as a good pct for this type of cycle as well as should I run armidex during this cycle. All opinions are very appreciated but would like to hear from the guys who have run this type of cycle before. My basic stats are:
Age: 32
Weight: 200lbs
Bf: 15%

Your not ready very steriods how tall are you 200 pounds at 15% isn't very big plus you need to come up with you own pct... We are not going to spoon feed you
 
Didn't ask to you to spoon feed me and I'm 6 ft tall. Secondly I'm asking opinions how you gonna tell me when I'm ready? Lol I'm not no fat guy who started lifting weights 2 weeks ago or even 6 months ago. I've been physically fit my whole life. I already have my pct and everything I need for it. Again my question was for people who have run this type of cycle and what are their opinions/ experiences on this type of cycle and what they gained and retained as far as muscle mass. Lol there is always somebody who has say some bs!!
 
It's not bs man and the fact your getting so defensive you know it's true. 6ft 200 pounds at 15% isn't much muscle mass but you are going to do what you want. Good luck getting advice with that kind of attitude. I didn't see a pct so I put you need a pct. after re reading your post you put what is a good pct..,, aka guys tell me what to take as I'm clueless if younalready have a "pct" why not post it and we can critique for u. have fun running dbol for 6 weeks hope you have an amazing liver support.
 
No offense but your far from fit with those stats and running dbol that long is not going to help with that... Your cycle is s mess and so is your research... Your not ready because your stats and lack of research are indicative of that... Its not bs, its a fact...

Definitely don't got an attitude bro just laughing cuz I see this all the time. A person a question and instead of getting answers to the question somebody like you tries to slam them. I've read a lot before I decided to even attempt to take steroids and I just got out the army 9 months ago so I'm still pretty fit. I got out weighting 175 at 9% body fat and wanted to put on extra weight bro so I upped my calories and had to sacrifice my 6 pack for the extra weight. I'm not fat body who just woke up one day and decided to take roids. So let me rephrase my question as far as pct goes. I've done my research for everything and I got my nolvadex, hcg, and arimidex. I see a lot of different things as far as pct goes but I haven't seen to much info about this type of cycle. I've read people who have taken arimidex and hcg throughout there cycle but again haven't read many that have done this type of cycle. I'm not clueless just want to make sure I get the most out of my first cycle cuz this will probably be my only cycle that I run. So my question is for the people who have run this type of cycle and what were there results and what did they do to retain most of there gains. That's my question buddy nothing more nothing less. I don't want exacts for pct just if they ran clomid or nolvadex and if they took hcg throughout the cycle or no. Again my goal is to gain 15lbs of muscle and when I start my cut to go back to 9% bf I want to be around 190-195.
 
My diet is pretty clean now. For the first couple of months I was eating pretty dirty but I have since cleaned it up. For breakfast I eat 3 whole eggs 1/2 cup of oatmeal and 4 egg whites with raisins and a banana in my oatmeal. My second meal is 1tablespoon of pb and 10 almonds. Lunch is 8oz chicken breast brown rice and black beans. My fourth meal is the same as my second meal pb and almonds. I have a post workout shake and then my final meal which is 8 oz chicken breast brown rice and steamed broccoli. My training is 5x a week. 3 days then a rest day 2 days then a rest day. On my off days I run 1.5 miles in 10 mins and i just started doing that about 2.5 months ago and have not gained another lb since. I got 17" arms and I'm trying to obtain 18.5" arms. I'm not fat at all and I haven't gotten my bf done in 2.5 months but it was at 15% the last time I got it done.
 
You want to be around 195 at 9% that's probably not going to be one cycle. What do you mean u haven't found information about this cycle? This is literally the most ran cycle to date. You don't run hcg your whole time. And you don't run dbol 6 weeks. That is why everyone is asking if you have done your research these are things you will find out right away when you do. This is your body and your hormone levels if you want to run it and mess up your natty production go for it. Steriods are made to break your natural boundaries and push your body to the limit not the way you intend to use it why spend all this money on a cycle that you can naturally achieve with a year or so of training? The biggest mistake I see on here and no offense is people think oh my buddy is big ill listen to him and ill take steriods and get just as big not knowing the full dangers and what they are doing. Now I do applaud you for coming on here and getting advice that is a big step up then the average steroid users that just do what ever there "friend" says. I'm not trying to come off as a dick I'm just trying to keep it real and be honest with you if you end up hating me but listen to what I say then so be it everyone in here is trying to help you make the right decisions. Post up your current macros and your current training split be as detailed as you can get and I will help you
 
You should be eating more the nuts are good but add in another meat with your snacks have some ground turkey or steak with it you could even have tuna with your nuts
