Been using the SS Bar for Dynamic Day alot more. Can really feel it working. However, it tends to make my quads sore. Just wondering if you guys get that? I know that it throws you forward...which makes it harder to put all the stress on your hams and glutes, but was just wondering if using the quads a bit more was unavoidable.

Try squatting wide-to real wide, it does tend to force using your legs when close tho. We are alternating weeks with it now, I just found out how to squat without crippling my shoulder, so I'll see how much it has helped my squat soon.

Yeah...I have been doing most of them with my conv deadlift stance. If I go out wide like my normal squat I can eliminate most of the quad work. Just wondered if you guys had similar experiences with it.

Think I am going to stick with it for a couple weeks. Planning a meet in June and my band cycle doesn't start for a couple weeks. A good time to put on some upper back mass.
