day for traps?

it does not matter, either back or shoulders, i do them with delts, if you do deadlifts it is probably better on back day.
i used to do them on back day, but when i started doing upright rows, i put shrugs after them on delt day, uprights hit your traps harder than deads(in my opinion)
i get better results with delts, but up 2 you, try both, dont take someones word for it......do it your self.

I would say to train them with the stronger bodypart... if your delts need the most attention train traps on your back day and vice-versa. This has always worked for me and allowed me to more focus on my weaker bodypart..

Also heavy deads really hit your traps hard so you might just want to include them on back day... Its really tough bro I have tried to decide which is the best way to train them for years and I gtg with delts but everyone is different.
:D:D

Depends on the exercises you do for traps. If you do some type of dynamic lift like snatches or hang cleans, you would be better off doing them on leg day since the legs and low back are directly involved in those exercises. If you are doing shrugs, you might want to do them on back day.If you do upright rows(which heavily involve the side delts), you might want to do them on shoulder day.Lots of options here.
