Dark Circles Under Eyes & Gear!

British Bulldog

This might sound a little weird to some, so please don’t ruin this post with a flame war. Thanks!

I am 25 and a regular user of AS. I am 6,3” and a very lean 210lbs.

My problem is that whenever I am OFF AS I get these dark circles under my eyes. I look tired, but feel 100%. I have tried sleeping different sleeping patterns but it doesn’t make a difference. I figured it could be low testosterone levels, so currently I am on 250mg per week of testosterone, but that is not helping either. I did more experiments during my last cycle (1000mg testosterone per week), where I got rid off the tired look by adding a certain amount of anti-e ED, but too much anti-e caused it to come back. When I ended anti-e, I looked fine again until water retention took over. Even now, on 250mg of testosterone per week, if I had some dianabol the day before I will look ok for the next day.

You guys think this is because of water retention levels, because it seems to happen whenever I loose weight.

Is there a way to re-adjust my diet to up the water retention? My current maintenance diet is 270g protein & 3300kcal ED. I have a fast metabolism & am naturally quite skinny.

Cheers guys.

Usually, dark circles are a function of rest and stress, Are you sure you are getting enough sleep? I easily sleep 9-10 hours a day. And also tend to get dark circles, but when rested and relatively stress free, not a problem, also I hit the tanning salon a couple of times a week and it makes a big difference.

Good luck

dark circles are not a function of rest (amount of sleep). this is a common misconception.

Ya, I have had these dark circles every day since I was born. Tanning helps hide them, but I would love to get rid of them. Anyone know what causes them?

As I mentioned above, if I was to take dbol for a couple of days I will be fine again. So it has something to do with estrogen and/or water levels.

are dark circles really that big of a deal? I mean compared to other sides from AAS like your nuts shrinking, getting acne, high blood pressure, lowered HDL, hairloss, among others, rings under ones eyes doesn't seem like a big deal.

I have always had dark circles under my eyes. I was told by an allergist, that it was due to my allergies. During different times of the year, they would get worse(hayfever etc).

please stop masturbation for 4 to 5 months ,your dark circle under your eyes will go . This is the only reason for boys getting dark circle under eyes . but for female there are many factor . try this :)

You guys want to know what really is the cause of dark circles?

Low progesterone levels! And "slightly" also caused by estrogen levels.

Dbol increases estrogen and progesterone as well. Hence the increased "sense of well-being" due to dopamine levels being increased and enhanced. All due to the right ratio of progesterone to estrogen levels.

Correct progesterone to estrogen ratio levels helps "enhance" sleep. Thus reducing dark circles around the eyes.

Getting MORE sleep is not the answer. It's all about getting "ENHANCED" sleep.

When I give out my advices, they are not based on "opinions". They are actual fact. Fact that I have learned by learning life and past experiences (and being taught by trial and error) for the past 34 years of my life.

Trust me when I say this. 5-6 hours of GREAT sleep is way better than 8-10 long ass hours of mediocre sleep.
