So week six day one today.
Did chest and triceps, and I hate how quickly my shoulders burn out!
I really pushed myself fucking HARD today, upping my lifts in everything other than incline db, but my triceps were so burnt out from the flat press machine.
So flat press my third set was 150, booyeah I was stoked, just working so hard to squeeze my chest and really working on flexing my muscle, my triceps got sorta burnt from this but it was worth it, ass my chest was pumped.
Also I took one and half scoops of N.O. Xplode after work because I was fucking super tired.
DB incline, on my third set I really wanted to do 65lbs I grabbed them, was pumped up but my triceps were to burnt out from the previous two sets, so I grabbed the 55's and repped them for 10 very slow controlled reps, felt fucking great my chest is sooo sore today.
On cable Fly's on my third set I managed to BARELY squeeze out 65lbs a side, I don't think my chest has ever been this strong in my entire life.
Triceps on my third set I repped 150 for 4 sorta overguessed myself on this, then I quickly dropped it to 135 and finished another 6 slow reps, really working on keeping my tricep flexed through the exercise.
One hand pulldown on my eigth I repped 40 for 10, fuck my triceps were killing soooo bad.
I did military press last, which might have been a bad idea, but I just hate it to so much, because I have ZERO fucking endurance in my shoulders but I'm hoping that will come. My eigth set was like 17.5 for eight, sadly. I don't have a smith machine at the gym I hit up in the morning, but I did it all and it felt great.
Also I started my workout off with 20 minutes of cardio pretty intense high paced, ended up getting about a 1.3 miles, going to do my legs tomorrow since they seem to be feeling pretty good right now, THANK YOU GLUTAMINE and whey powder, hehe.
reason I started with 20 min cardio today was to get all the blood flowing in my muscles maybe 20 was to much to start, but all in all I had a great fucking chest workout as it really feels sore right now, and that hasn't happened directly after a workout in a long time.
I really was working today on keeping my form in check and working harder and becoming better at flexing my muscles through the workout, had some sick pumps from N.O.xplode I really want to try amp02 though from all the rave reviews i've read on it.
