Exactly, I play DI ball, the workouts we do are terrible if you are trying to look jacked. Our coaches could care less how we look, for them it's all about function.
I have never followed our workouts in the summer, and I always come back jacked and stronger than any of the guys who did the actual team workout, in my opinion they are usually terrible, unless Boyd Epley(Nebraska) is your strength coach.
