I have been doing endless research on T3 and after many years of training natural and eating healthy i feel the time is right for me to get rid of the last few unwanted pounds :D im just curious about the effect of T3 on its own though or if its better to stack it with clen? just that i have been hearing and reading mix story's about this. All advice is welcome. Thanks

Using T3 is very helpful if one has been dieting for a period of time and their natty T3 levels have dropped. Also if one is hypothyroid to begin with, as many women are borderline, then it will give a great boost to fat loss.

If however you just start using it right away and your metabolism is fine, then you are at risk of losing muscle. This is particularly true if you are not running any AAS.

i dont mind loosing a bit of muscle as ive always been one of these who likes the lean cut defined body but obv i dont want to loose to much, so how about upping my protin intake a lot, would that make much difference? have you ever had any experiance on this?

I am borderline, and T3 really gives me a great kick. My diet and training is near perfect and I always have had problems cutting. The addition of T3 to my cut cycle really made the difference. Now, I am down to 9%bf. T3 is really wonderful when you need it.

Some say it takes weeks for the T3 to build up in the system, so longer cycles of it may be a little better. I am 4 weeks in and it worked for me since day one, but in the last week it seems to be working even better.

So far, after 4 weeks I have not lost any muscle to speak of. But I am on AAS.

Yeah you could say that I have experience with it. I wrote a 10 page article that was published in MuscleMag on the subject a few years back. Also I coach bb's, figure, and fitness models, so I'm well educated about T3. Aside from that I also have had a thyroid disorder since I was 12. So yeah, I know what's up...:)

If I could take just one thing it would be T3; I think that has the biggest impact for me as far as giving my metabolism a boost without the distracting sides of ECA, Clen, etc. I've run it with and without Clen, by itself it works ok, and Clen makes me hungry, which can be counterproductive when trying to cut...
If you have experience with clen, then you'll know what's going on and can stack it with T3, if you're taking 2 new things at once harder to tell what's doing what. Make sure to split your clen dosage as needed, some say to split T3, but I've always taken it (100mcg pill) at one time with no issue/sides other than the metabolism boost. Also, some people are super sensitive to clen or t3, so start really low until you know how it affects you. I had run a couple of clen 2 week cycles before adding in T3 so I could tell what was what, I know the combo is generally advised, but personally I'd rather not throw too many new things into the mix all at once.

This is the reason why clen and T3 work so well together. Clen is a specific beta 2 agonist. This means that it does not need noradrenaline to do it's job. It plugs right into the receptor itself. This is good because it works fast and furious. However the downside is that the receptors will shut down after about two weeks of continual stimulation.

Now enter T3. T3 upregulates the beta 2 receptors, therefore prolonging the amount of time one can run clen and still see benefits. So in essence one can run T3 and clen for as long as they need to without the effects waning. I don't recommend long runs of clen as it can cause problems. I prefer short runs of 4-6 weeks.

This is our experience as well. And some cases we stacked along some CLENBUTEROL for an even greater effect.

When I run Clenbuterol and T3 together I still take 50MG of Benadryl ED 2 weeks in with Clenbuterol.

Has anyone else experienced T3 stop working? I m trying to determine if the liquid i was taking was crap. It was bomb for a while then i think they started selling way underdosed bottles. I Switched back to cynomel tabs anyway just got it in the mail but wanted to know if anyone else felt they lost there edge.

Also i know it says 1 post but Ive been around a while on ssb, ofsbb. meso from back in the day, animal. all that just getting back in the game now.
