I'm new to the site, I acquired the cyclo tren to boost test to help me lose some weight and add strength while staring a new running/lifting regimen.
On the bottle it says and pictures: 3 pills / 12 oz. water / 2 times a day.
I have been doing this for 4 weeks now. I just read on the manufacturers site AND on these forums that it should be 1 pill and breakfast and one pill 30 minutes prior to workout.
Anyone on here use cyclo tren, the way I was or as directed that can help me out. I have had no side effects at 3 pills twice a day, but worry that it could be doing damage to liver and/or causing water retention..
BTW, I am not looking to get super ripped, just looking to kill the belly fat and tone up a little.
36 yrs 5' 10" 225lbs.
Any other supplements or methods you can think of would be appreciated. I worry about the loss of test as we get older.
