Im from the carb cycling school of thought too. If you have you heart set on a super low carb diet just make sure to take in truckloads of vegetables and primarily Omega 3 fatty acids
I personally never drop below 300 carbs even when im cutting(cept carb depletion days, thank god there are only 2)...i just shrivel up like a prune if my carbs dont stay upwards of 500. when im trying to grow they go as high as 1500 a day......im just lucky to not be carb sensitive like alot of guys....but everyone is different....experiment wisely to find what works best for you
