Cycle for MMA/BJJ

Didn't the ufc just implement the best drug testing on the planet? With testing on of training camps? Why would you mess with your horomons? Is this still comon practice amount pros? When guys are in their twenties they don't realize how much they will fuck up their natural test levels perminantly. Not speaking for everyone. Not to mention the mental aspect of not being on cycle.

Look all the champs in the ufc they all actively promote against performance enhancers. Doesn't mean they haven't done but I beleive they haven't'

I'm not preaching it's just more of a question. I love mma I wounder if the real secret is to stay natural. If you can't have your test levels high during th fight not and when you are a pro then what's the point? Or can you?

People at pro level have a few options. Short esters are standard. Usually short cycles to allow minimal HPTA shutdown and of course, to work around testing.

GD50 is used quite a bit.

I use to affect weight, but make sure I'm training for a good couple of months after cycle before I fight. I'm not fully pro yet and my current promotion only tests winners after the event.

The other way to go about things is get yourself on TRT and edge your test to the high range of normal. Bear in mind that this makes the difference of cruising at 300n and 1100n for some people. They're wising up to this a bit now and people without fully open and noted issues are getting grilled (look at Vitor Belfort)

To be honest, when training with guys on cycle, and even training when I'm on cycle, you tend to be explosive and aggressive, but lose steam incredibly quickly (GD50 excepted).

Each range in MMA- stand up, clinch, groundwork, requires such an intense yet different fitness, PED's are only of specific, limited use. If that makes sense?
My wrestling strength goes through the roof, but my speed on standup takes a dive. Personal experience anyway.
