Morning cardio on an empty stomach my man,and if you need faster results take Thermorexin 30 min before.
No snacks after your last evening meal either!
By the end of the cycle if your diet is clean you should be good to go!

Cut body fat for sure. Run the dbol at 40mg a day for 1-4 weeks. Run the test 1-12. Save the tren and winny for the next cycle but use test with that to so it won't shut you down.
 
For liver reasons I don't like certain things about this. You are doing winny and tren together, both stress your liver and I'd only run the winny for six weeks for liver reasons as well. Not to mention you were running dbol as well, all are 17aa. Hard on your liver bro.
 
Tren does not stress the liver, it's not 17aa. However, running tren E only weeks 5-10 is bad, it's a long ester and needs more time to kick in. I'd run the tren weeks 1-10, the test 1-10. Dbol 1-4, winny 8-12, start PCT right after winny is done. Keep the dbol at 30mg/day the whole time. And yes, lose some fat before you start the cycle. It is possible to bulk up then cut while on cycle, but you'll likely gain more fat than you need if you're already a bit heavy when you start.
 
i would just run test at 500mg/week...maybe a little more if you want
do some tren for the first 8 weeks at a good dose..around 350-400mg/week. you'll get results... just do 30-40 mins of cardio in the a.m...then weights in the p.m., clean food only, nothing processed,cheap and easy cycle to run.
winny is my all time favourite drug...but, I don't run it unless I am 12% or under, winny is great for maintaining muscle during dieting and gives tons of endurance, but, it's not really a mass builder and the best thing about winny is it makes you look leaner and harder if you already have low bf%. as soon as you stop it the water generally comes back and you'll smooth out again. keep it for a summer cycle next year.

I have 15cc's of Tren A 75mg/ml that I was holding onto for a later cycle. Could I use this short ester in combination with the Tren E somehow to make it work better in this shorter time frame, rather than buy some more Tren E? I've thought about this already, but couldn't come up with good plan. I'm on a pretty tight budget right now, and the wife feels we've spent enough on our present cycles already. She has half the money and all the pu$$y, ya know!
 
You could run acetate at the beginning while waiting for the enanthate to build up, but that still won't solve the problem of the enanthate dosage being low. You really just need more of one or the other. You could run acetate the last 5 weeks fine, as it kicks in quickly, or enanthate the whole way through, but you really need to pick just one of them and run it the correct time-frame for it's ester. Perhaps just wait till you have more money, and diet off a little bf in the meantime? Or, just keep telling your wife how much better you'll look on the tren, and maybe she won't mind the extra money ;) Especially since the extra test should have you satisfying her several times a day! :D
 
You have a very manageable situation and over 4-6 weeks can achieve a striking physical change:
(1) Eat only eggs, meat/fish/fowl and colorful veggies 4-5 times a day. Drink de-cafs and water. No flour products, no fast sugars including fruit. The fat will fall off you. Strength and energy will go through the roof.
(2) Train briefly and intensely Push/Legs/Pull/Rest 4 day cycle.
(3) Sleep 7 hours.
(4) 5 mg dibol only to gain some muscle as the fat falls off. Any more and you'll bloat.

Expect to lose 10-15 lbs of water/fat (glub) and gain 5 pounds of muscle.

The difference will shock you!

Tough to live this way over a long period. It is dull diet.
