Cycle Assistance - Bloat, Meals

hey- on 7th week of 500/test depot, 400/eq. im 6'0 currently at 199lbs, 33w, 46/c.

When I started was at 193lbs. Gained some water so started 1/4 arim/day about 10 days ago.

Hard workouts 4 days week and 1 hr cardio 2-3.

Honestly meals haven't been all that clean about 50% or better, and often not eating more than 2 meals/day so busy at work. Need to drink more water too.

Results in size are good, but water bloat im looking soft and can see much definition or progress.

Couple of things I could use some help. Want to keep fat down so where can I find a daily meal plan for lean bulking. I need detailed plan. Also, should i up the arimadex?

I need to order more eq and test cyp for last 8 weeks of cycle. Any alternatives that would help or should i stick with test and eq.

the 2 meal a day and only 50% clean diet will probably not produce optimal/stellar cycle results. buy some ready to eat stuff and some protein powder u can store at work so when u get stuck there u have access to good food.

u can but r u sure it is really bloat and not fat gain? (just going by your description of your definition loss) remember an AI can hinder gains i run it only when necessary unless u know u r prone to gyno, though many disagree with this.
 
i guess it could be fat, but what i do eat isn't high fat foods, but i'll keep it in mind and adjust. AT the 7th week point do you think the eq and test are at their peak or do you think I should see more gains in the coming weeks. This is my first cycle of eq so not sure what to expect and when, i know it's a slow but solid build

well weight gain only has to do with more calories than u expend not fat intake.

test levels are at peak. you should still see plenty more gains over the course of the next few weeks if u get your diet in order and train hard.
 
2 meals a day? your wasting that gear, send it to me, i don't have a job right now and have full focus on training and diet :)

I agree man, you got to up the effort. 6 meals /day , lots of protien for clean sources 350+ day and put in the training time at the gym.
