hey guys. havent been posting much on here for a good year or more...hit a rough spot in my life and havent been focusing on training like i used to, but now im trying to get back. those of u who know me on here prob know a little about my cycle history. ive done many cycles and stacks in my life, but have began to simplify things a bit. im just concerned that, with all of my previous aas use (ive pretty much done most of the more popular drugs, from tren to var and everything in between) that, if im going to continue to cycle once a year or so, im just gonna use low dosages of test. over the years ive been able to adapt my training synergistically with my diet for my body really well. ive decided though, since ive got a good grasp on what i need to do to look good, all ill ever really need is test, and not much at that. even a year ago i did a 10 weeker with 500mg/test e/wk and bulked up almost too much. i dont find the need, at least for me and what im looking for, to use any more than that amount. recently, i decided, while cutting, i would use 300mg/test e/wk to preserve muscle and even maybe gain some. im actually, after only 4 wks, gaining a little too much for the lean, muscular, cut look i want. granted, there will always be some water retention with long acting esters, but has anyone ever used as low as 200mg/wk? like i said, im not looking to turn into a monster, just gain a little while cutting. i dont have access to a-dex or anything, so would using that small of an amount be worth it for what im trying to do? sorry this was a long thread. k for good answers. thanks guys.
