cutting gel, need help

How long will a 4 oz. bottle of cutting gel last me??
Like how many times will i be able to use it and will a 4 oz bottle take at least 1 inch of fat off my abs?? need info thinking about buying it, i feel my abs really well but they don't show that great cuz i got fat covering it. How else can i get rid of this fat??

I think, won't swear to, cutting gel lasts about a month. Depending on how proper the use and the individual I have heard that some people have lost an inch or more in less than the full 30 days. Some of this may be fat but from what I have gathered a good deal of it is water. As for other fat loss techinques...proper diet and cardio.
