Cutting down help

Okay here is what I've eaten since thursday:
Thursday I had two eggs and two egg whites scrambled with 1/4 of a basil leaf and a mushroom. Than an 3 hrs after I had a protein shake (hydro whey) and a half of stick of cucumber. Than about 2 hrs after I had chicken seasoned with garlic and some brown rice. I went to the gym and than had a protein shake. 2 hrs later I had a 6oz chicken breast and broccoli.
Friday: two eggs whole and a cup of cottage cheese. 3 hrs later I had 6 celery sticks two hrs later I had 8 oz steak with a zero calorie sobe water. I than went to the gym and came home and ate two whole eggs with a sliced piece of bacon and three red chilies. And some smoked salmon and two slices of palmer ham
Saturday: so far two eggs with three red chilies and 4 slices of thin cut bacon.
I've stayed off the protein bars so far because of what slat had said. And with all of these days I've had 3-4 oxy elite and shift and three pills of fiber and 2 cla and a multivitamin pack. This is daily. I included hrs and when I gymed just incase that will be something to change or keep. Thanks again
 
Ive also been reading up on lean gain diet and I'm wondering if maybe I am eating too little but too often. Also I am now down to 118 lbs this week
 
I don't think so, what you've mentioned so far appears fine, not too often at all, you need to do from here is to start logging your eating so you know exactly how many calories, how much protein, fat and carbs you're getting.. do it for a week or so and you'll be suprised. I used fitday.com but Donna's one look fantastic.. do you have an iphone?

What you're down to 118 from 132 in a week? I'm a kilo girl and that's 6 plus kilos.. that's a lot, have you been drinking water?

I'm far from an expert, hopefully some of the other girls can give you their opinions
 
No that weight change could have had to do something with my period and the fact that I switched my birth control for less estrogen. I didn't realize it would change so much. And yeah I have an I phone I got the fit day app but I haven't logged anything yet. Thanks for all the help though. I am sure I will have more questions in a little but with my change in my bc and getting sick these last few days I decided it wouldn't be as accurate. I am doing a lot better so I will log and post. What is a good break down?
 
Donna thanks so much for pointing me in the right direction ( aka Radar) lol he has helped me alot with my HGH questions and i think i will be starting next month.....i will keep u all posted for sure !!!!:sassy:

Good luck and yeah I hope you start a log I would love to follow as its something I'm considering for the future and other ladies experiences are invaluable ,,
 
oh yeah ill def start a log!!!!! thinking about starting as soon as my last month on birth control runs out ( next month) so ill keep you all posted! im going to start small< 1 iu 5 days on 2 days off . im totally ready and VERY excited!!!!
