It is a good accomplishment, yes, but I guess I've grown accustomed to seeing/working with those who are at that level of fitness. It is a good accomplishment nonetheless!
Tuc B, I'd take both out, just to assure yourself you are doing the best you can at eating as clean as you can, thus giving you the shortest route to your desired results. Once there, u can add them back in and see what happens.
