Cutting Cycle Workouts

Ok guys, heres one from the archive.

Im sure some of you guys remember Crum's Ultimate Diet

Well, i saved this on my computer a long time ago, when I was going to use it for my cutting cycle.. and it is slowly approaching, and I need to be ready!

The diet, for the most part (as seen on that thread above), I understand. But, since this is my first real cutting phase, Im unsure about the workouts needed for optimal fat loss, and PRESERVE MUSCLE.

In the thread, it says

"WORKOUTS:

Staying ACTIVE!! is the KEY. ALWAYSSSS stay Active.

Lift 4 times a Week. Alternate Between Heavy Low Rep workouts, and High repetition Moderate Weight Workouts."


I understand the cardio portion of this, but what sort of confuses me is the actual workout part. I have been sticking to a pretty steady routine for a while now, and know I have to change it around for my cutting phase.. and can someone please try and explain them a bit more, maybe some url of reference or what I need to do.. because I really want to do this right, and give everything to it to achieve the results.
 
oh.. allright, i guess i'll figure something out.. ive been on my current workout for way to long anyways, i guess i'll have to make something up
