after i do my bulk cycle i fell i have some water or fat in my abs so that why i thing to go on cutting cycle

Your Protein should be around 270g aday.
Like diamonddiceclay said your carbs are to high.
Your Fat intake is to low.

Your Carb's should be early in the day, keep them low after 2:00.
Get some Flax seed oil for your good fats and take it with your Protein shakes.

im trying to low my crab but how ??
in milk crab = 27 g and in orange jusice = 26 g
as you see i dont eat any bread or any thing Elase
why my crab in hight becuse milk + orange !!
do you thing if i remove the milk + orange it will be better ??
 
The 50/30/20 is the amount of Pro (50),Carb's (30) and Fat (20) you have each day.

The Carb's that you don't burn off in the day, your body will change them to fat. So you have to make sure you take in the right amount for your body to burn them off. By taking them early in the day gives your body time to burn them off.

Your milk should be skim milk low in fat.
Have your milk and OJ in the morning you don't have to cut them out.
Cut out the beard that your taking later in the day and at night.
Get yourself some protein power to take in between meals.

What is wheat toasted is this not Bread?
 
Q8ty, I take it that your english is not very good? not a flame or anything but its carbs not crabs, and its plan not plane. Crabs are something you get from slutty women and planes are, well I won't even go there...
Your diet looks like it needs more! try getting in 6 meals, you only have 4 because a multi-vitamin and water is not a meal. If you need those extra 2 take in a protein shake after your workout and another some other time during the day. Other then that your diet looks fairly decent.
 
I agree with big poppa.You have to try to consume 6 meals a day with high protein,low carbs and moderate fats(those coming from natural peanut buter,flaxseed etc).Try to do some cardio first thing in the morning before your first meal and train hard with the weights.To answer your question on water,drink as much water you can.It keeps your body hydrated and helps to flush all the waste products out of your body.
