I have been cutting and am having problems eating my full meals.. They are not bigger meals then what I used to eat. For breakfast I am having 5 egg whites,1 cup of oats, 5 ounce chicken breast or 5 ounces of lean beef.. The one cup of oats is so hard for me to eat I can barely get it down. It takes me an hour to get everything down. Anyone have these problems and does it get easier..

The key is to find food that fits your diet THAT ALSO TASTES GOOD.

No matter the diet, there are foods and recipes to accomidate it. Search on the internet for free for some and if you don't know how, LEARN HOW TO COOK.

Otherwise you'll be eating terrible tasting shit and won't stick with your diet.

I agree. I am having to learn that I need to eat for fuel, not just for taste. Sassy69 is the one that said that to me and while I knew it, she pointed out the obvious that for some reason finally clicked. It's VERY hard for me to eat something I don't really enjoy as I love food especially carbs.

I have a crap load of spices that help and for oatmeal, I like nutmeg and cinnamon. It's not as good as with honey or butter or brown sugar, but it's alot better than just plain old oatmeal.

Yep.
Research kano...knowledge is power.

I learned that adding things like Salsa to tuna makes it taste fairly good and that salsa is one of the best condiments there is health wise.

Little things like that are priceless when it comes to dieting.

Damn, that is an enormous meal. No wonder you are having a hard time getting it all down. I'm no expert, but that seems like a LOT.

dunno.....its about 500-600 ish calores

Seems like too much.....Im betting he is doing a LOT of cardio to cut - which is a mistake.

Keep the cals trim and forget the cardio
