I didn't read every post word for word, but cruising other responses I didn't see anyone mention pulsing you HGH. You said 5iu's PWO I would break that up. I've been doing 4-6iu's the last few month (sometimes I increase or decrease my dose based on IF I can get my wedding ring over my knuckle or not, sad barometer I know). Your body naturally produces GH in pulses in roughly 3 hr waves and you want to keep that pulse going.
If you want to stay at 5iu's maybe do 2iu's pre-workout and 3iu's post-workout or 2 pre, 2 post, 1 pre-bed or 1 pre, 1 post, 1 before lunch, 1 dinner, 1 bed. My understanding from reading Dat's forum the more pulses the better and at the end of the day you still get 5 iu's.
That's all I would change I like the rest.
