Hey to all of the ladies that responded ,..thank you so much for your advice. I began working out again and ..I realized that working out is helpful toward making me feel better....I am just curious..what are your opinions on Trim Spa? Do you think this works well with an exercise program?...And is it true that you must do at least 30 min of cardio on the same machine..otherwsie switching machines can lesson the effects of cardio??..just curious since i just started....

Trimspa --- its just another OTC thermo. Personally prefer T-rex from AF Store. Prefer better NYC but they don't sell it anymore. The better way to think about any of the thermos is that it may give a little kick to your training. By itself its just going to get you hopped up. Diet & training in that order are more important.

Never heard the 30 min thing on the cardio machines. You may drop your heart rate for a sec while you change machines, but I think the point is simply to do the cardio. You don't have to do 30 min -- there are many ways to do cardio to get results.

Trim Spa - tried it back when it came out, actually INCREASED my appetite, I ate everything in sight lol and gained some weight. My best friend tried it with me at the time and didn't have any specific positive or negative results, just NO results .

Like anything it varies by user, and as long as you know Anna Nicole doesn't look like that from trim spa then never hurts to test the waters...

I saw her on tv right after and it looked to me they had drugged her and knock her out for a period of time so she didn't eat.

Does the cocaine and surgery method work well Daisy?

I've never taken trim spa. I see it as something that's probably overpriced due to it's massive marketing budget.

I'm a fan of thermorexin though. That's really all I take for thermos.
(RIP NYC :bawling).

Although coccaine and surgury have been shown to have significant effects on ones aappearance and do cause significant weight lose.. i for one do not reocmmend it
