Ok ive pretty much hit a plateau and Ive been doing the same workout for the same year...
So this is what my new workout is going to look like::
Day 1:
Chest:
DB or BB Incline Press
DB or BB Decline Press
DB or BB Flat Bench
Tris:
Cable Extensions (wide grip bar)
Cable Etensions (Rope)
Day 2:
Back:
Deadlifts
Bent Over Rows
Wide Grip Pull Downs
Bis:
One armed Seated Preacher Curls
Standing Curls
Day 3:
Legs:
Squats
Straight Leg Deadlifts
One Leg Leg Presses
Shoulders :
Military Press
Shrugs
Front Side Arm Raises
Day 4:
Rest
Day 5, 6 , and 7 are going to be the same thing Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Shoulders/Legs but are going to be ther other half of the Chest or Back workout. So If I did presses for chest on day 1 on day 5 im going to do Cable Crossovers etc...
Also after the last workout on day 7 Day 8 and 9 are going to be rest days so I get a 2 day rest period before starting the next workout cycle..
I speant alot of time trying to plan this, one of the limiting factors is that I get home so late and I have to take a nap before the gym otherwise Im still stressed form work and the workout is shitty. So let me know what you guys think. Overtraining? Undertraining? Not a good mix?
Oh and I get cardio every day I ride my bike 4 miles to the gym and 4 miles back. Also I hit like 2 excercises in abs every day im at the gym.
