The way i did it is as follows...
I eat 300 grams of protein a day.
50-150 carbs a day depending on how weak im feeling, and try to eat them before 2pm...
Fat, and calories i dont pay any attention to..
Never did any cardio, and im sitting at 6-8%bf depending on when i carb up..
But the trick is just learning the basics and trying out different things since everybody is different and what works for Jhonny aint gonna work for Pedro...........
