You are at the perfect starting point to be at. If you eat & train right you'll see results fast because you have no fat that would hide even the slightest improvements. Sweetheart right now you look as though you have never stepped foot in a gym in your life, you're just straight up skinnnnnny!

Good luck, I'm sure you look attractive with cloths on so I figure you shouldn't have any difficulty getting fed.

eat healthy foods, but so much of them that you slowly, carefully start to gain weight.
Eat lots of fish and meat and nuts and drink lots of water.


Good advice here..listen to it.
You will look like an entirely different person with the proper diet.
And don't forget a good protein shake thruout the day.
All this will not get you big but mold you into the person you desire to be.

If I were you, I'd send me an IM with a place to meet up a couple times a week, and we can have a special "one-on-one" workout. Of course this regimen takes a couple months of high intensity and high impact training to get the desired results, but I am positive we can get you there!!! BWAHAHAHAHA Look OK to me now! But then again the pics are about 1/2 an inch tall.
 
Yeah, part of abs is eating to stay alive to see them.

From your posts on the diet forum and from what I read from you, I'm seriously inclined to say that you may have anorexia.

I stuggled with that from 19-24........hence me becoming SOOOOOOOOO involved in fitness. We are blind when we're sick like this, seek help before it's too late!
