In NY you cannot use deadly force unless you are confronted with deadly force. Or, if your life is otherwise in "immediate" danger.

This guy needs to hang.

He was safe in his car when he fired the gun. There's no reasonable way to feel your life is threatened by unarmed kids who are in their car playing loud music, and then presumably yelled at you and called you named. This guy even fled the scene like a coward.

Zimmerman was at least getting beat the hell up, and had already called police beforehand. Nobody planning to kill someone is going to call the police right before they do it and then fake like they were acting in self defense. Which brings up a side note, what kind of grown man gets his ass kicked by a teenager? He should be jailed for being a giant pussy.

Well Dunn can argue that he didn't intend to kill anyone (just empty his gun into the car and scare them) so it wasn't murder II.

But he's fucked on a manslaughter charge since what he did was clearly illegal and someone died as a result.
