I wouldnt have sided with Scott if I were on the jury for reasons I posted in the other thread. From what I read in the link, he was aware that cars were being broken into but did not call the police. Scott waited until the kids got to his car to confront them. Scott had plenty of time to call the cops and stay out of it. If you go looking for trouble and confront people, you should not be allowed to claim self defense.
