The reason creatine makes you shit is the fact that the molecule itself will not break completely down in COLD water, creatine is best taken, broken down, and absorbed in WARM to HOT water... I know this is not the most delightfull sounding thing, but you will see a HUGE improvement in the amount of sand at the bottom of your shaker and or glass, and a HUGE improvement in the frequency of your uncontrolable ass droppings as well.....
effervescent is the shit! I say try FSI nutrition. "Creatine clear" is the name of the product. no sugar. sure, there is 233mg of Sodium, but i'll take that over sugar any day because the absorption of using sugar is one thing, but assimilation with the help of sodium is an other. not mention that sugar is not that good for you.

i've had good results with bodybuilding.com's brand, higher power,..its just about the cheapest i could find also at only about $25 for 1000grams

Anyone ever hear of Creatine Titrate verses monohydrate?
Supposed to prevent the smoothed out look from slightt water rentention.I never have, i was going to research that but havn't found anytime yet. post any info if you find anything.
