Just want to mention, some creatine can be crap. When you start getting gas out the ass that is so wretched that you start clearing rooms, guess what... your not taking in good creatine or your body can't absorb it. That is when you'll need to try an alternate absorbtion route. Remember people, everybody is different. Method A - E may not work for you... you may need to explore methods F - J
