just use 5g / day

OK, you can also "load creatine" with 25mg of dianabol for better results ;)

Depending on what time you do your workout is if you take it before your workout...
People say take it in the morning because you have an empty stomach, but if you workout in the pm there isn't really a point.
You should also take creatine before and after your workout. Wait 30mins to 1hour after your creatine before you workout. Then straight after your workout. 5grams every dose.
 
I never loaded Creatine and always had great results for strength and endurance at the gym. The only thing I haven't tried is to use it post-workout. I read where one guy stated that Glutamine cancels Creatine or vice versa when taken simultaneously. This is interesting since I am taking a supplement that includes a measured serving of both. Further light needs to be shed on this topic...

Just want to mention, some creatine can be crap. When you start getting gas out the ass that is so wretched that you start clearing rooms, guess what... your not taking in good creatine or your body can't absorb it. That is when you'll need to try an alternate absorbtion route. Remember people, everybody is different. Method A - E may not work for you... you may need to explore methods F - J

it is true that you have to research what works best for you... But that should not be a replacement for quality research on the part of the user. Trial and error can atleast be lessened by looking at quality research such as pubmed. Also Anafit has shown they produce quality products so I would start there

I use creatine monohydrate and load at 20g per day for 5 days then down to 5g per day for four weeks and then stop. Some here have said that's a waste of creatine and they can just run 10g per day for 30 days and be saturated. A quick calculation:

Not loading: 30 x 10 = 300g
With loading: 20 x 5 + 5 x 25 = 100 + 125 = 225g

Over 30 days, loading is cheaper than running 10g per day.

Anthrax mentions running 5g per day throughout. When do you feel it's making a difference to your workouts, assuming no Dbol? :) I find that it's kicking in at about the end of my loading phase.
 
well ive tried both ways

my firts time i was on creatine i took 5 grams a day and seem to do nothin even after 8 weeks

next cycle i loaded up and it seem to work well

now i just use CEE works better than both use 2 gram before workout and 2 gram after and also use 4 gram on non workout days split up into 2 doses
