during loading phase (i know its not necessary) how short of intervals can i take creatine.. like every 2 hours during loading? 5 g ever 2 hours or something?

Yes pre-mixing is bad, after 15min creatine is already wasting.
I assume your pre-mix was in a bottle, so just put the powder in a small bottle and when you want to use it (at lunch) just add water at the nearest fountain and down it.
It tasteless anyhow so it wont be a problem, just fill it up twice because the crystals sometimes dont mix well and some will fall to the bottom.
Loading takes around 5-7 days, not 2.
Stick to 15g a day at 3 doses, most scoops are @ 5g each anyhow.
Follow with near 50g of carbs and 50g protein meal/shake preferably.
