I just bought some creatine ('precision enginered' brand) and had a couple of questions. First off, what do you guys generally mix the stuff with (I've heard a lot about dextrose in mixing, but what is a good source of that stuff---plain sugar?)? Also, I know the best time to take it is right after a workout, but I've heard conflicting views about 'loading' creatine (taking it 5 or 6 times a day during the first few days of use). Should I just take the same 5gram dose daily rather than loading first?
