Creatine & Hair Loss??????

Have any of you experienced any hair loss while taking creatine? I recently upped my dose to 12g a day and I seem to be losing hair.

I have a full head of hair and dont want to lose it.

I've never heard of creatine causing hairloss.

I would check other areas of your lifestle thats changed more stress? supplements shouldn't always be the first to take the blame.

Of course hairloss is pretty serious I wouldn't rule anything out you never know, some things effect people in the oddest of ways.

There are no studies suggesting that any of these statements are true (but still it is banned in some countries) , your body produces it and your just supplementing it.... of course im not a doctor but just keep your daily intake at about 10g and im sure you will be fine

What you didnt read the warning label. Creatine Causes Hair lose Dude your gonna be a crome dome. Oh well at least you'll be huge taking creatine. Personally I prefer Weeber's Andro horse cheese over creatine. Nsync Rules!

Guys you need the andro horse cheese like DcupSheepNipples says. It doesn't cause balding like creatine does! p.s. NSynC does rule man!! lol
