Is it just me? ..... If you take creatine to increase nutrient retention/uptake and cell volumnization.... what good does it do to then take ECAs that, from my experience, counteract it's effectiveness by causing you to piss yourself almost to the point of dehydration? Even if I keep my fluid intake up that just means I'm pissing all the more, and I'm assuming, pissing away all the more creatine. Any thoughts?
