this is week 4. im gonna run this till june when i go back to nj, but switch some things up with it. i feel like i am neglecting my arms, so i might toss out a bench one day during the three and go weighted dips and what not
I just started this routine yesterday. Cant wait to see what happens. Only down side is i am doing my clomid therapy now. Kinda shitty timing, but whatever. I havent had any crash, and havent lost weight. I have been off for 4 weeks. I have actually gained a pound.
I guess throwing in 30mg of anavar a day and some creatine during my clomid therapy was a good idea
