Cop assaults 15 year old girl in jail cell

no, I've seen the "line crossed" on cops, and that wasn't even close. If that's "the line", cops would be shooting people left and right all over this country.

she was already in the jail cell, all he had to do was shut the door and he'd still be a cop.





it looked like they didn't ask her to remove her shoes, they were about to close the door when she kicked one at em.....so they weren't even doing their jobs. They should have thanked her for reminding them about the shoe policy......

I wasn't the one making personal claims on behalf of the girl. You called her a "thug in the making", to which of course I must ask if you know the girl personally. Because the story looks to me like two girls taking one thier parents cars out joyriding hoping to have the car back before the parent gets home. I dunno, maybe it was "outright theft" and they were planning to hit canada.......I DON"T KNOW, but neither do you. Either way she got caught and was definitely right to be arrested.

I have? Now where did I do that? But this issue was never about the stupid little bitch.........it was about a cop once again hurting the overall proffession of law enforcement. There are times when guys really need their asses kicked good and the cops should be able to get away with it in THOSE circumstancs. It's like a business's allowance account for doubtful accounts. There's a little bit of allowance the business has built in to their books for losses........but there's only so much in that account. So this cop used some of that "allowance" to beat the shit out of a 15 year old girl. Like I said, he should get assfucked by other cops for using up that precious allowance when there's so many other more qualified candidates to use that on.

I'll restate what is obvious. She assaulted a LEO and got her ass kicked.

The cop crossed the line with the punches and brutality of it, but HER actions initiated the confrontation.

You can play your "He coulda_shoudla_woulda" game all day and it won't change the fact that she assaulted him with the shoe.

If a shoe boucning off a cops foot is "assault", and that gets' you an MMA ground'n pound, even if you're a 15 year old girl........than yeah, you could conceive of cops drawing down for far more serious transgressions. An example being.............a "yo mama" joke. Now that's certainly grounds for a shootout......don't you think???

He was a sopping wet bagina for doing that to a 15 year old girl. If I was in his dept I'd tell him that to his face. I would even be embarrassed to file an assault charge over that. If that video made it to the chiefs desk, he'd call me in and tell me in no uncertain terms to get my yeast problem under control.

Next time a girl flicks a shoe at me, I'll be sure to kick her, then punch her in the face, then smash her into a wall face-first, slam her to the ground by her hair, and while she is being pinned by me and someone else, I'll punch her in the head twice more for good measure. Then I'll help her to her feet by her hair again.



This cop is a total prick. If he felt "threatened" by a kid throwing a tantrum by flicking a shoe (rather harmlessly I might add), then he's a total pussy.



Yeah, girls probably a nasty little bitch, but what that cop did is completely unexcusable on all levels.
