Cop assaults 15 year old girl in jail cell

he'll either be pumping gas or sitting in jail. If you ran, say, a security company. And it came to your attention that the guy you were watching a video of beating the shit out of a little girl, like ground and pounding her MMA style......if it came to your attention that this guy was a guard at one of your main accounts, what would you do? I know me personally that dude would be out of job the next day lest one of the female executives at that account got mouthy with the guard for some odd reason. Total liability. Gas is about the only thing I'd allow that guy to do in a society. He's proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that he's unstable.

I've seen the vid from both angles and she assaulted a LEO by kicking her shoe off and it struck him.

Doesn't matter if she threw the shoe, kicked it or spit it out of her mouth, if you strike a LEO it's felony assault and battery. Following this, you can expect to go down hard by the cops.

Also, she wasn't handcuffed in the cell, her arms were crossed on her chest.

She was arrested with another 15 years old for taking a car without permission, the car was reported the other 15 year old's mother as stolen.

Did the cop cross the line and use excessive and unnecessary force? Absolutely he did. He had no reason to strike her in the face like he did. Was he justified in taking her down (sans punches) and restraining her, yes he was.

This little "15 year old angel" is a thug in the making, regardless of her being a her. Info has it she decided to run her mouth and give the cops a bunch of shit and act all tough prior to the shoe kicking and beat down.

Again, doesn't justify his actions, but don't paint this teenager as some little "saint with a past" type of hooey.

But I'm gonna guess that in court a judge would look at this "felonius assault charge" and probably throw it out once he looked at the tape.

I"m glad you're not making excuses for the guy, and I'm not makig excuse's for the girl........but I think the point her is that if you're a cop, there's just a level of professionalism that has to be kept at all times. This is a guy I wouldn't want watching my back if shit got "real" hairy, cause if he can scattered by a 15 year old girl.......dude, I do not want him covering me in a hostage standoff when I'm the one with a gun pointed at me. The dude simply doesn't rate, end of discussion.

The cop crossed the line by kicking her ass. Taking her down and restraining her is fully within the law and use of force, she had already proved to be combative. Punching her repeatedly is not.

Bottom line is if you assault a LEO expect to go down hard. I've known people that have had their asses kicked for just mouthing off to the police. Doesn't make it any more right, but it's a fact of life. Fuck with the police and expect to get fucked up.

It's common procedure to have an inmate remove their shoes (due to the shoe laces being used for an inmate hanging themselves).

She was caught in a car that was reported stolen, Einstein. Since you know them so well, why don't you ask the two kids why the took the car without permission or why the parent called it in stolen? Cops pull over a stolen car = drivers go to jail. It's called enforcement of the law.

You act like I'm defending the LEO's actions when I already stated his use of force was excessive. The teenager was obviously acting like a punkass with the background I have read on the story. Sounds like to me the parents have some work to do in the way she was raised. You've tried to paint her as some little angel, bottom line she was in police custody due to her actions.

it looked like they didn't ask her to remove her shoes, they were about to close the door when she kicked one at em.....so they weren't even doing their jobs. They should have thanked her for reminding them about the shoe policy......

I wasn't the one making personal claims on behalf of the girl. You called her a "thug in the making", to which of course I must ask if you know the girl personally. Because the story looks to me like two girls taking one thier parents cars out joyriding hoping to have the car back before the parent gets home. I dunno, maybe it was "outright theft" and they were planning to hit canada.......I DON"T KNOW, but neither do you. Either way she got caught and was definitely right to be arrested.

I have? Now where did I do that? But this issue was never about the stupid little bitch.........it was about a cop once again hurting the overall proffession of law enforcement. There are times when guys really need their asses kicked good and the cops should be able to get away with it in THOSE circumstancs. It's like a business's allowance account for doubtful accounts. There's a little bit of allowance the business has built in to their books for losses........but there's only so much in that account. So this cop used some of that "allowance" to beat the shit out of a 15 year old girl. Like I said, he should get assfucked by other cops for using up that precious allowance when there's so many other more qualified candidates to use that on.
