15-year-old girl 'assaulted' in jail cell: policeman charged

A police deputy has pleaded not guilty to assaulting a 15-year-old girl in a case that has stunned many with the release of surveillance video of the incident, US media reported.

Deputy Paul Schene, 31, pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree assault and went on paid administrative leave, KING 5 television in Seattle, Washington, reported.

"The video shows the young auto theft suspect in a holding cell at SeaTac City Hall on November 29, 2008. The girl is seen being led into the cell, then kicking her left shoe out the door in the direction of Schene and another deputy," the television said.

"Two deputies are then seen storming into the cell. The girl ends up facing a wall next to the toilet. Schene is then seen apparently pulling the girl's hair as she falls to the ground, face first. It then appears that Schene hits the girl twice while she is on the ground," it added.

The local sheriff's office would not comment on the video, which was released by court order based on a legal request by KING 5 News, it reported.

Had a friend thrown down a couple of flights of stairs by the cops while handcuffed. He pretty much got what he deserved. Long story but his last stunt was kicking foot prints into the back door of the paddy wagon. We'll say my friend was not unknown to the police.

The kid was 13 1/2 and she was BEGGING the cops' for help! That is what I think pisses me off the most.

They told her to shut the fuck up and stop "making stuff up about her good guy dad".

So, she ran away from him and asked my sister to take her personally before the judge so that she could personally testify.

You know what happened?

NOT A FUCKING THING... they returned her to her father within 18 hours and the rest was all swept under the rug. That was in May 2007, nearly two fucking years ago!

Oh yea... and the fathogpigbitch who stole 2.2 mill dollars in cash and assets then fabricated evidence to have my husband jailed for a disgusting crime? It only took him 2 1/2 years and like 50K (we stopped keeping track of that shit a long ass time ago as it just keeps piling up) or so to FINALLY get the charge dismissed. The cops were like, "Sorry man but all the evidence pointed to you." My husband was like, "Ummmm huh? The only evidence - a single CD with a singular file - was given to you by the woman that stole all my shit."

Their reply? "Sorry dude. We'll be happy to provide you with whatever statement you need to sue her civilly."

Guess what the lawyer wants before he does bubkiss for my husband?

FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS.

I don't know very many people who have had all their cash and assets stolen and their personal and professional reputation DESTROYED who have 5K "just laying around."

My point being that this shit happened to me, my kids and my husband (BEFORE I EVER EVEN STARTED TALKING TO HIM). So what you think the chances are that shit like this happens way more often than you think?

"The justice system" is only as good as those who are supposed to uphold and implement it are.... I don't know if I expressed that properly but I think ya'll know what I am saying.

The flip side of this is just look at how much UTTER SCUM is allowed to roam the streets (and cyberspace).

yeah it doesn't really matter what she did before that. Did you see her? she was a scrawny little shit. If you can't handle verbal abuse from lowlifes, you shouldn't be a cop. If I was the other cop in that room I would have nightsticked the guy, don't care if he was my partner. He would have gotten the savage beating of his life and I would have left him there bleeding right next to her......cause then MY ASS would be clean when that nifty little contraption in the upper corner of the room, which we'll call a "CAMERA", records the entire event. Cops are some of the stupidest mother fuckers in our society, hands down. Every week one of em is caught doing too much infront of a camera.
