Aries if you worried about energy pick up some OTC fat burners. If you do carb cycling at all or have any very low carb days you WILL need them trust me from experience. With trainers I understand the hesitation to post your diet cause some is giving you there advice and that is what you are following. Very smart to drop the clen seriously from experience and ECA stack does more IMO and none of the sides the clen gives you. It sucks that your sick I got sick near the end of my first contest prep. Best adivce is drink a shit load of water and vitamin C in Canada we have this supplement called Cold FX pretty sure it is not in the US but basically you take if you feel something coming on and it kills it.
