Clen and its effects on me keeping muscle? Contest prep. Ulter, Rader, satch?

Anyways, here ya go !

You can do Clen for 6 weeks at a time, if taken with T3, the T3 needs to be 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, then last 2 weeks on. You can ramp up the clen over the 6 weeks you are on it, week by week. Clen is nice from the standpoint that it has a minor anti-catabolic affect to it, so you burn fat, yet it helps you retain muscle. If I was purely trying to cut, and were using clen off cycle, I would add 10mg or so of var to assure the anti-catabolic effect.


6 weeks on clen?????? Isn't that a bit long Indy? I'll run it 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. From what I have read, you can run longer then 2 week cycles of it by adding Ketotifen but around day 14 you start to hit to point of diminishing returns.... What are your thoughts bro?

Also, as an FYI check out the following thread... probably the highest regarded clen thread on EF IMO.

For doses everyone is different and I wont answer that, cause even small doses have effected others much more harsh than most take day 1, therefore, I'm going to be safe and not recommend your dosages. Do a search and you will find plenty of them peeps use, just start low and work up if you've never taken it before.


Good advice, I always err on the side of caution when tring something for the first time. My first clen run was 2 weeks. I started @ 20mcg and worked up to 160mcg/day over the course of the 2 weeks. But I did it VERY casually.... Be cautios and don't push yourself too far w/dose to quick or you'll be MISRABLE! I'm NOT saying you should do that, but that was my experience.
 
Indy, the thyroid gland is very resilient. There has been people that were on for years come off and they recovered without any significant issues. It's an individual thing just like with AAS. It's all in the taper up and down. If you do not taper correctly you will have problems. That's like stopping test without any pct. You'll have problems.
