Contest Diet need advice

any of you bros have a tested (or reccommended) contest diet 4 weeks out?

I am 7 weeks out I just need some guidance, thanks guys

Hire a contest prep coach. Everyone is different and it's better to hire someone that knows what they are doing rather than taking a chance on the Internet.
