i read somethin about concentric loading where you have no ecentric to build explosive poer to help the deadlift. so i did chain suspened squats and bench like most people do gms. well my max squat was 245 and max bench was 155. my full squat on box is 295 as far as i know and my max full bench is 185 last time i tried a month or so ago. does taht sound about right losing that much due to a lack of eccentric and stretch reflex. i liked the lack of soreness to as long as this is helping me i think i want to continue doing it.
