Today is the day, meet the new trainer, getting the big, old BF% tested again, new program and new diet!

started at 24.2% BF - march so we shall see, I am sooo nervous. Last time they measured it was using a machine, this time it is with calibers. What if it was wrong before? AHHHHHHHH. I am not quite sure as to why I am nervous, I have worked hard, I know I have improved, I guess it is the whole test taking thing (school) all over again. :)

Any guess as to what it would be now? Taking bets NOW! :)
 
I am THE WORST at guessing BF on women. Dont want to get slapped. :) Its just so strange cause like a women at 24 looks better then a man at 16. Youll be fine... like you said you worked hard and now its time for it to pay off.

In general, #'s are fun when they GO YOUR WAY, in my personal opinion, and from your previous posts you can understand this, I just sit back and smile, support & applaud the achievement & grin b/c they don't mean diddly squat to me when it comes down to what I see in the mirror ...

It's also different for everyone ... relating to woman specifically ...

5'9 165 lbs 13% I have abs veins & striations & cuts I've NEVER had when I was 150 something @ 9.8% ... I didn't look half as 'ripped' as I did in my latest progression and people get so caught up in those #'s & the flippin' scale it use to drive me nuts ..

Now I just STFU & smile ... *great job, way to go, keep it up* and I mean it, I just know that for me, means something completely different ...

Last April, those photo shoot pics I was only 11-12% BF and 138 lbs ... that is April of 05 ... You saw that scale I pic I took FOR YOU :qt: b/c you couldn't believe it said 174 .. whenever that was, and I looked like i did, yes naturally, smart @$$ :bigkiss: ...

The body is such an amazing machine ... I will forever love & study mine ... :rose:

On another note, sounds like you are kicking ass ... I wish you the best .. and want my pic :D
 
I was JOKING about the bets on the bodyfat, I know it varies with everybody! She couldn't do it anyway, sometime this week. I am not allowed to weigh myself at all until next month.

She was very cool. Very natural, no supps allowed, no protein shakes nothing, and at this point that would probably be the safest thing to do for myself. Hubby is going to finish off the protein shakes for me.

She showed me her accomplishments for herself and her clients, I have to say I was impressed.

She actually told me to get a belly button ring for the comp! A lot more food than I am used to but I am hoping my workouts will improve cause I won't be starving so much.


here is the new program for this week, it is going to be changing weekly, more sets and reps and only two days off but for the first week...


WEEK ONE June 12-18
-All exercises 3x8 rest 1 min inbetween (yahoo no more 15, or 20 for awhile)
-60 minutes cardio everyday but days off

I just got my Premade Stacker in. I ordered 4 bottles. 1 for me, 1 for GF, 2 for buddy at gym.

I also picked up some Yes, like I said. Im not odding, on the stimulants because I don’t want to rely on them. So I only order1 bottle. =] The ECA stack + YES should really affect the receptors.

This is a strong Premade Stacker. Works really well, used in the past to drop QUICK.

I know, my weight can vary as much as 7 lbs, week to week, depending on work schedule, meals, & workouts. I track it every coupla days , but I only use as a relative, & not as an absolute.

ck, good luck with the new trainer. She sounds a little more rational than the last one, but you do look fab, so maybe your last one wasn't do bad, LOL.

mm, did you make your stack, or did you have it made. I haven't had much luck with the store bought ones.
 
MM107 you should do the 2 week clen 2 week ECA and tell me how it works. I have been taking mini thins lately..... get me moving with the ephadra....gotta love ephadra.

HiDnGod - Thanks :heart: :) That is what I told my new trainer, I don't want to knock my old trainer, cause, heck if I know anything, but I have gotten this far so she must of done something right! :) Yup the good old weight scale, like I told my hubby woman are bread to look at the *&^ thing, and it isn't a bad thing to keep yourself in check. My weight can vary 7lbs in a DAY! :rolleyes: But that is me, as bunny said.....it is so different for everybody

(love ya bunny..p.s I don't take much personal anymore, it takes to much time and negative energy :) ) :heart:
 
Ya I got one of those liters jug and need to make sure I get my 2 gallons in. The last 2 nights I have been waking up with a dry mouth. NOT GOOD. exspecially in my case. So im pissing liek crazy today. Sex drive noticable increased today for the first time. Random hard ons.... well more then the usual. HEHEHE. Never been turned on mowing the lawn. Time for more food.

Honestly, at times it has helped calm me down, even slightly, b/c T-Rex use to make me very aggressive. Since you got the 'potential increased sex drive side effect' covered (ahem stud :)) , then you're all good... just mild effects in some ways, don't expect to be 'valiumized', (not saying you would think that, but I have read on many occasions that is was no good b/c the person didn't feel it as they would valium.... wtf).

You can honestly see the change in 'behavior' from me noted in my log after continued use ... in a good way :) ...

I look forward to your critique given your current training & such :)
 
Just so you know this is a pic of where I want to be someday. Thats needsize as he says "fat" to me PERFECT. And a friend of the short one is where I want to be before I get to a fat needsize. Trust me.... i know it wont be soon. But I love that build. Id like to maintain the higher BF like the 2nd but maybe some day go for the gold and hit a body somewhat like the 1st.

I've seen the 2nd pic TSO posted before (The Short One) ... and you see me post about not caring about a 6,8,12 pack on a guy ... and I mean it ... That 2nd pic is almost, almost the exact reason why I say that .. that mass/size is awesome on a guy IMHO ...

Haha you dont have to lie to me to make me feel better. I got a long ways to go. Well sarge some people would say that he is fat/to big and not 'cut' enough. Shit he even thought that. But his size and definition is perfect in my opinion (and I guess yours) but not everyone is like that. Some want to look like Ambercrombie models and calvin klien skinny bitches at 4% BF.

Find a twin and Ill marry her. What do you think his BF is at? I think a couple percent lower then me..... hes just has that much more mass.

Needsize is straight up jacked to hell. The other guy I am guessin is lower teens. And I think I will be there in not to long. Maybe a solid year if I keep at it. Mass wise? Depends on a couple things. Lotta guys I talk to think Ill put on 20 lbs my first cycle.... witch woudl be crazy. And if I can keep even 10-15 lbs I couldnt be happier.

I love when people that dont know me compliment my size. Or when they go "you know.. you workout" and they dont know I do. Guys at my shop though I was on steroids because of my strength......THAT WAS FUNNY. Because it was before i started so I just would say "if this is what I looked like on steroids id kill myself"

Makes it all worth it.

As the story goes, im starting the ECA stack + YES regimine today, in fact i already used it for todays cardio + ab work.

Felt good, felt tingle/hot like mineral ice. So it "feels" like its doing something. Cardio was a breeze 20 mins threadmill @ level 7. Then Stairmaster Step Mill for 11 minutes w/ the 50lb vest

Heres some updated pics(taken today) To benchmark my progress.
Please any constructive criticism welcome.

Calories have been all clean calories, not too much junk at all. My fav part is breakfast. Oatmeal w/ blueberries splenda, omg taste so damn good(thanks bunz)

Haha. all those deadlifts are paying off. Lower back has nice deffinition as well. The mass is going on real nice bro. With how strict and smart your diet is, your comming alone almost perfectly. When you cut....you get CUT. And with this bulk you are puttting on real nice size and not to much fat at all. Your a master bro. I wish I had as much dedication to diet as you.

Yea city, im lucky i got a 8-4 job that i work with 3 other women, i can eat premade meals w/o a problem or complaints right at my desk so i am lucky in a way

Chicken breast on whole wheat

Chicken/Rice/Chic Peas

Tuna Sandwich on whole wheat

And this is all the food imma have at work alone =]

I think yesterday my cycle was starting to be noticable. Here was my leg workout.

SQUATS
1 set of 15- Bar
1 set of 15-135
1 set of 10-185
1 set of 10-205
1 set of 7-275

Leg extensions 3 sets
Leg curls 3 sets.

I was all pumped out so I did 2 25 yard lunges with a 50 pound barbell...

And no I cant walk today. :evil: But I was straight up jacked last night. Could have did more.

Squats are a pretty easy exercise for me. I am stocky so I have short legs (unlike you) so even if I go to the floor its not as far.

Went for an awesome bike ride today. Kinda chilly, & breezy, but had good distance. Legs never failed me. I took 3 CB before, I think that's what I need. 2 aren't enough.
MM, awesome back, bro. Seriously, I would destroy a small village to have your physique.
I'll do it my way, but it'll take longer, :( .

3 CB .. Nice.. how was the stomach? Feel good? Some chickies get a little nauseous from 3, which is why it isn't recommended usually, but heck if it works, SWEET!

No probs with the stomach. I swear it is cast iron. Nothiong bothers it.
Exercise I can do, diet is such a bitch though. I def have issues when it comes to food. That'll be my biggest triumph, when I beat it.

No one knows about me using steroids besides people on EF, and my 2 best friends. Thats it. I dont like people knowing and am very secretive about it with other close aquitences.

Did chest today at the gym. Test becoming more and more noticable. Its hard to explain how it makes you stronger. Like I can throw 45lb plates on and the difference would feel like 15. It blows my mind. For Example Wide chest machine at the end of my workout. I Usally would work up to 2 45 lbs plates on each side. Today I got there and was like that was kinda easy... I added a 45 just to see if I could do it and I got 6 out.... Blows my mind. I LOVE IT :evil:

Well thats the funny thing. My tolerance in WAY down. Like I felt a little fucked up after 2 beers.... 2! So after the 4th I was kinda shitty. It aint going to kill me. Im not taking an oral so my liver will be fine. And I did drink plenty of water. Should have? NO. But I never claimed to be perfect.

didn't work out at all today. Went for a short round of Golf with my Dad. My brother & Nephew came too, instead of the A**holes I thought were going to show up. Good time, I shot 63, which is decent for me, especially for my first round this year. Lost 1 ball, found 2 more, so I was up on the day. Beat everyone, 'cept my Dad, which is good, since he paid.

Well gals/guys it certainly has been a journey! But well worth it! As you can see from the pic, we took a quick trip to the mountains and again a short trip but well worth it!

In the time I have come to find this website, I have met some wonderful people here. You have made me realize the potential that I have and I have enjoyed getting to know your daily routines, lifes and opinions. I have learned a lot! You are ALL amazing!

I was going say some special things about some people on here, but I am worried I will leave others out, and I am pretty sure everybody knows how I feel.

Well gals/guys it certainly has been a journey! But well worth it! As you can see from the pic, we took a quick trip to the mountains and again a short trip but well worth it!

In the time I have come to find this website, I have met some wonderful people here. You have made me realize the potential that I have and I have enjoyed getting to know your daily routines, lifes and opinions. I have learned a lot! You are ALL amazing!

I was going say some special things about some people on here, but I am worried I will leave others out, and I am pretty sure everybody knows how I feel.

SUCH A GIRLIE POST.

Anyway, I will be on for a while here and there trying to figure out how to give my karma away.

Everyone DO NOT panic ... CK wants you all to know you guys are truly awesome! Everything is going to be ok and do NOT WORRY ... she cannot talk about what is going on at this moment... we need to respect her privacy & concerns & trust she is doing the right thing ... She does not like saying goodbye & really did not expect this much of a response & again, THAT can be overwhelming ... I WILL update you when she is ready to talk to me and PLEASE don't think she is avoiding you, she is trying to get to as many PM's as she can .... she is very overwhelmed in a positive way by the well wishes and support... and AGAIN, she says not to worry ... I will update you all for her when she is ready , if she doesn't decide to do so herself ... At this point I don't know any more than you do ... Positive vibes and lots of love... trust in our cheerleader :heart:

I really will miss her around here. I know you all feel the same way. Hopefully she will be able to rejoin us at some point.
For now, I wish her all the best in the world. She really is a wonderful person & I'm sure she'd be an awesome friend IRL.
Tonight, I'll do my workout in her honour & down a protein shake in toast.

Alright, got some quite time, girls are napping. This will be my last post. I will repost it in the Comp 2 as well.

Thank you for everybodies well wishes, and I am overwhelmed at the response I was given to stay. You will never know how much that means to me.

Everybody knows about my health issues, well, they are not getting any better, and I am not getting any younger :) I would explain but it takes too long. But, I am not dead yet so don't worry! I hope not to go anywhere for a long time! Believe me, I am still going to be working out, eating right and actually still going to try compete if my cards are right!

Anyway, after a very great weekend and some time away with my hubby we were able to talk about the future and what lies ahead. We need to get a lot done in a very short time and I am going to be super busy.

I just didn't want to stop posting without a proper goodbye.

I love all of you here! and I think my hubby does to! :heart:
