Competition #2 For Anyone and Everyone

I know what your saying about the clothing. all m y Ts are way to small on my chest and arms. I don't mind it to much cause I'm kinda showin off. my problem is that I am stocky with a short torso. so I get a shirt to fit my arms and chest and it fits like a dress.

o well a good problem to have.

I know what you mean. I'm not exactly fit, by any means, but when I get a shirt that fits my neck & shoulders, it's friggin huge on my thorax & sleeve length. $50.00 for a dress shirt that doesn't even fit properly.

haha havent had time to talk let alone upload pictures. I will though. I must admit my arms are finally looking like I want them to. But howdy bun, MM,CK!, Sarge, Hidin. Hope all is good. Everyone fill me in with some stats and goals. Mine as of now.

Weight- 207
BF- 16%
Strength-by far better then ever.
Goals- Get diet back in shape, get back into gym 5 days a week, then after that deca here I come.

You already know my progress, hee hee. I do have to say I too am having problems getting shirts to fit in the arm area now! Too tight in the arms, too loose in the front

Goals:
- run 5k in 20 minutes,
- Do at least one pull up, more someday....,
- completly loose my gut (though I think plastic surgery would be my only way out and I ain't spending that kind of money on a tummy! hee hee)
-work on my bootie and back of my arms more!
- find a f*&(&(*^^%$^$ job!

Thanx for the props. 5% I wish lol, but I'm thinking I got it down to around 14-15% or so, but since I've never had it done who knows maybee its even a little higher.
