Actually, that's in a mirror, so it's my right arm. I'd just finished about 12 sets of arm work, bis & tris, so it's a good pump. I usually try to get my reps for arms in the 6 range, so I might be able to get 100 for 1 or 2.
Doesn't hurt much anymore, except when I do situps, LOL.

I've lost 6 pds in a week.
I'll be doing cardio & light weights next week. Nothing too ab dependant.
