Hello all...I've recently been meeting with a PT, and started on a new diet outlined by him, so I haven't had much to say. I've started a new quarter, been a little stressed.

I've been perusing the chat board mostly lately and have been getting depressed at some of the lady-hatin. So thought I'd give a shout out to the ladies...

Spatts: Sorry about the diet thing, I knew you were probably pining away to help me out. But Nigel, my doe-eyed PT, put me on a nice outline and it's working wonders!

Starfish: I have some rad new Jeff Buckley stuff if you want it.

Everyone: let's have a girl party! Warlobo and Nymuscle are also invited.

So, tell us all about the doe-eyed guru and his advice...

The diet is one that I sort of put together, and he expounded on. 60/20/20, spinach and carrots, tuna and chicken breast, wheat toast and eggs eggs eggs. Nothing unusual, he just helped me work out meals and portions.

The PT's a little guy, kinda men's health...he's got a stupid earring in one ear, but besides that he's got these big brown eyes that make him seem so hopeful when I'm doing squats. Must...add...one more plate...
