mon-sat=6am cardio
4 nights/wk=weight train
the other two nights i do a high intense cardio class....taebo kickboxing & street crunk (basically choreographed hip hop dance class)
So two days of the week i guess i am doubling up on cardio. This girl's got lots of fat to lose sista. But that routine has defintely shown results for me in the past 4 weeks. Along with strict diet of course. I hope "smokin'" and my name can fall into the same sentence in a few months!! Thanks Velvett!
