Alright, I wanting to put together a diet that will give me the ability to build muscle, but also burn stored fat at the same time. Since I work out in the morning wiht weights, and do cardio after work, I figured I'd try to base the earlier part of the day's meals around carbs and protein, and as the day wears on, base the remaining meals around good fats and protein. Here is a sample plan on what I'm thinking.
Meal 1 4:30 a.m: 8 tablespoons of Amino2222 1 yogurt. 510cals 52protein 7fat 40carbs
Lift weights 5:00 a.m
Meal 2, post workout, 6:45ish a.m: 1/2 extreme xxl, 4 tablespoons amino2222. 670cals 47protein 2fat 112carbs
Meal 3 9:00 a.m 2scoops pro complex, 8oz skim milk, 1yogurt. 620cals 60protein 8fat 50carbs
Lunch 11:30 a.m 1 chicken breast with eithier eggnoodles or brown rice . 8oz skim milk About- 500cals 50protein 3fat 55 carbs
Meal 5 2:00 p.m 1 scoop pro complex with water, 2tsb peanut butter. 345cals 38protein 18fat 5carbs
4:00 p.m cardio for 45mins. (sprints, hills hiit type stuff)
Meal 6: 5:30 p.m 1 can tuna. 2tsp peanut butter. 8oz skim milk. 460cals 42protein 16fat 11carbs.
Meal 7: 7:45 p.m 2scoops pro complex with water. 255cals 55protein 2fat 3carbs
Totals. 3290 cals, 344 protein, 56fat, 276carbs
Currently 5'10 220lbs bf around 16%
Of course I'll be takin multivitamin, creatine, glutamine, probably ECA stack as well for 4wks on 2wks off 4wks on. Any thoughts welcome and appreciated. Thanx.
