It'd be a dream come true bro. Last time I tried for a works championship title I didn't do well. :( and that was in 1999! I was young, barely 21, 176lbs @ 9% bf and I didn't quite cut it. This time I'll be a lot heavier! I'd like to come in at 220lbs @ 10% bf.

1x16 @ 105kg (231lbs) - failed & puked.

Leg press
1x20 @ 400lbs
1x17 @ 400lbs
1x8 @ 400lbs
Legs were wobbly after these, needed a 5 min sit down

Front squat
3x8 @ 20kg (44lbs) I was too shagged to do any more. Prolly should've quit after I puked.

What do you reckon to the routine? I swapped deads for front squats as you said not to do deads on the same day as squats.

4x10 @ 15kg (33lbs) DBs - hard, but the plan was to pre-fatigue my pecs
Press ups 12,10,9,8 - these I did to failure each set.

There we go. 9 sets only but damn was that a gruelling WO!
