any of you guys read the Ronnie Coleman Mass workout on www.flexonline.com..... i would think you have to be on a lot of gear to handle the recovery and to me it seems a bit like over training, but i look at ronnie and it makes me want to try it... if you check it out, hit me with some opinions...thanks

yes i'm on it right now, I dont do juice, and i've been using it for about 3 months now, I gonna switch up routines cause i dont get sore anymore, but anyways, i thought it was pretty good program, but my recovery time is very good, and i feel my muscles respond better to getting hit twice a week. I was taking in about 5000-6000 cals a day, if you do this program your gonna need your rest and need to eat huge.

i think if you are not on and dont hae awesome genetics you will almost undoubtadly overtrain quickly

Wow, I certainly could not handle that training split. Deadlifts one day-straight legged deads the next? I don't think so. I do believe in counting reps however, and in making sure that you're doing enough reps for the particular body part. But I'll be happy leaving that training split to the Ronnie Coleman's of the world.

AT THE End of the 8 weeks the first time through i was comming close to overtraining so i took a week off and went back but now i dont get sore any more so i think its time to shange up my routine a little, i was thinking trying this one body part a week deal never tried it before, or going with dogg craps routine.
