Coconut Water

A buddy of mine heard recently that coconut water is supposed to be some pretty badass stuff. Have any of you guys or gals heard anything about it? He is all fired up about it but to me it reminds of the Maleluca oil craze that my popps got into. Anywho, any info would be cool so I can pass along.

Don't know about coconut water, but coconut oil is very good. Is this what you mean?

Yeah, that is all the same info I had found too. I was just wondering if anyone has actually tried it. My buddy just went through a terrible intestinal virus and he dropped 40 pounds in a 6 week period. He is back up 20lbs but is looking for some things to help him along the way and found this stuff. He was almost dead a couple times and was down to 2% body fat and then his body started eating away his muscle. The docs still don't know exactly what the hell it was. The benefits of this coconut water seemed pretty good to him.

I love coconut anything. I'll have to see if they have some to try at Wild Oats market next time I go. Let us know if you end up buying some.

I can see he was almost dead if he was 2% bf ... Is that EVEN humanly possible??
