been back at the gym since my 2 year layoff with injuries. at my max weight or close to there anyways i was 220 and about 33-35%bf. dont laugh i know it makes me sad. after my rehab i started busting ass in the gym again around just before xmas time. couple months ago i hit 185 and 24%bf. and as of today i am 191lbs and 20%bf. mind you that is measured by the cock-touchers at world health who say there results are within +-5%. i figured to actually be a little lower seeing as half my abs are visible as well as visibility of the seratus anterior and newly visible fuck lines goin down into my pants. all of that was accomplished with no juice, i did check out forged burner for a month but otherwise all diet and gym time.

good improvement from before but still not happy with where i am at so im gonna jumpstart a little more fatloss with sarms s4 @75mg/day for about 60 days. might throw in some extra supps along the way. possibly PES alpha t2,shift,erase for 8 weeks also, starting at week 4. some adderllin as soon as it arrives and i do have another forged burner and a couple of need2slin bottles. everyday supps include, multivit, krill-ts, vitamin c.. guess thats it for now

so something like this
s4 @75mg weeks 1-8
adderllin 5-8
t2/shift/erase 5-12
forged burner 9-12

my training is weird as i work out of town every other week for 7 days at a time, followed by 7 days off but ill be doin my best.

my focus is weight loss primarily and muscle maintenance, or if possible obviously muscle gain. possibly get into the high 170s. and down towards 15%bf. dosing 3 times a day @25mg. 6 am, noon, and 6 pm. workouts are all at 7:30 pm.

my current max lifts for 5 reps are bench 185, squat 315 and deadlift 245. i can deadlift more but one of my injuries was a lowerback injury which i had a setback with in february so i am kind of babying it along. i figure i could throw 275 or 285 on for a good working set, but we will see when i get there. gonna be going for around 2300 cals a day.

so here we go:

have taken 2 doses so far today, both taste like ass. dirty ass. good wakeup though at 6am. felt kind of different within the hour. not like an energy boost but like determination or something. jerked off once. felt good. guess ill sit around till tonight when i got boxing class
 
also a longer term goal is getting back to my max lifts. when i was 22 i could bench 245 for 12 reps, dl 315 for 10 and squat 365 for 10 @ 165 pounds. would like to have that back by this time next year plus a rockin summer bod. although ill never be that small again. would like to be at 175-185 pounds. bf% no higher than 12-14 at any point in the year
 
either boxing is that much harder than muay thai or im gettin lazier in the last month i havent gone to class. that was hard. lots of calisthenics, bag work, combos. on a side note its funny watchin fat ppl. this girl was there diddling around with the squat rack at 6 when i got there. when i left at 15 minutes to 8 she was still dicking around with weights. not a drop of sweat.. shes gonna be fat forever she might as well just give up.

meals were
oats with berries, coconut and milk
chicken breast wit mixed veggies
whole grain rotini with mixed vegetables
orange and 2 scoops of peanut better
shake post workout with high glycemic carbs
not sure for dinner yet, prolly good ole reliable chicken breast and veggies

all portions are relatively small. been eating around 1800-2300 cals for so long if i eat till im saitisfied every meal its in that range every time.
 
muay thai class tonight, today is actually day 6 of s4. i was quite busy with training for work this week so i started the log a few days late. did dick all today, spent some time at the office. woman drivers piss me off. bought 2 new cat trees for the house. the kittens love them. i put them by the window so they can look outside. the letter "s" button isnt working well and its gonna put me into a rage soon. one more dosing of s4 in 2 hours @ 6 oclock, then muay thai @ 7:30

meals pretty much the same so far except breakfast i had eggs and 12 grain toast with a piece of jalapeno havarti in between the egg and bread. mince garilc mixed with extra virgin olive oil spread across the toast. gonna have turkey burgers with the recipe that SouthernLord posted up for dinner. delicious

chicken breast wit mixed veggies

muay thai was good today. felt better. def noticing my cardio is down tho. my partner was this hot little ginger girl. for like partnered ab work and stuff. had these little white short shorts on. i was lookin right up/down them depending on what we were doing. twas nice. i got her phone number after class but i wont call her seeing as i have a gf and all. sometimes i like to just get numbers for fun. make sure i still know how to do it. i wanted to do the s4 today since muay thai is lot of cardio. that would make this day 6 @75 mg and not noticing any side with my vision yet. gonna take the next 2 days off. try and bone the girl tonight before i go back up north for work, but my abs are toast. might be a pump and finish!

so wednesdays are my fuck around days. i was up at 4 am to get ready for work. have to drive around pick up my crew around the city and be at our head office for 6. well i must say finding my workers is like finding the 7 fucking dragon balls. its never easy. one of my guys takes his bus in and goes and gets tanked all night. calls me at 4am and tells me the intersection of the hotel he is at. of course it is in the furthest corner of the city, completely out of the way. and then i make it to the intersection and there is about 6 or 7 hotels and he wont go outside and tell me the name of it cuz he is hungover. i pretty muched looked for the scabbiest one, he wasnt there, so i went to the next scabbiest one and sure enough there he is on the side of the hotel hunched over the curb half dead. anyways driving from 4am till noon kind of messes with my diet so i just grabbed some quick shit to take with me. work from noon till 6 pm. they also had no protein at lunch either or for 3 pm snack. not happy.

oh well first day not on sarms of my 2 days off. feeling wrecked from muay thai. gonna take tonight off, cardio tomorrow, lifting on friday.

so far im not sure yet. i feel focus upon taking it. but i havent been going to muay thai too much lately, mostly focusing on weights. so friday when i lift again i will have a comparison. my cardio has taken a quite the drop in the last couple months so that makes it extra hard to guage. but as i have been slacking there i really have no comparison at the moment. my diet has been consistent for months with the exception of wednesdays. but my weightloss has plateaued a bit without doing any cardio lately. upon the first week i am down 2 pounds but those were taken at different times in the day. my first post i went to world health to get weighed and bf tested at 10am on my sleep in day, with nothing in me but a protein shake with 2 cups of milk at 9am. when i get home again i will re-weigh with the same protocol, same time, same outfit to get an accurate body weight. i am noticing veins moreso though. from below my abs, up my entire side which is new, going up into the shoulders. so, so far that is my only noticeable difference at the moment
 
cardio day today. 500 cals burnt split between, eliptical, bike, and treadmill. i hate cardio, it isnt going easy for me. also day 2 not on sarms. be back on tomorrow and lifting again, so we shall see how shit goes in comparison to my last lift session. otherwise just work all day, checkin out some new products to look into. my pc is giving my guff. first "w" wasnt working, then "s" that was the bad one it was like i was typing with a lisp. now "2" is barely working. gettin on my nerves. i dont even write down half my temper tantrums, but even re-reading this log so far it is becoming evident my temper is more fiery than i thought. lol a methadrol extreme could do some damage for me. im gonna run that after my sarms.

diet is back to normal:

chicken breast with cucumber, carrots and roasted red pepper hummus (made with flax seed oil also)

little news. foot was hurting, got the medic to check it and i have a broken bone. just a lil guy but it is sore. i think its from muay thai on tues. i threw a kick and was off on my distance, buddy blocked it and i took it on the top of the foot. oh well gotta suck the days dick. also i got out of the truck to talk to a pipefitter. just had a nap from 9 till 10ish and had a wicked morning wood. i grabbed it and made it point outwards in my coveralls. he seen that and stopped talking right in mid sentence. lolz.

anyways my first day liftin on sarms. i dosed 25 mg at 6am, noon, and 6 pm like i have been.

squats - 135x5 > 185x5 > 225x5 > 275x5x5x5x5x5 altho the last set of 5 i wasnt quite hitting parallel. no partner today he pussed out so didnt wanna push it
overhead press - 45 1x5 > 95 1x5 > 115 1x5 > 135x5x5x5x5x5 struggled on the last set as well but did all with good form
bent over row - 45x5 > 95x5 > 115x5 > 135x5x5x5x5x5 the rest were good. last couple reps a little difficult but got them up without help and pretty good form with all.
skullcrusher - 30x5 > 50x5
bb curls - 45x5 > 65x5
hyper extensions - 25x5 > 45x5x5x5x5x5
situps - 25x5 > 45x5x5x5x5x5

same weight i been at for a little bit now. ive plateaued since my injury for the first time. but this is about weightloss on the body, and not losing weight on the bar. and hopefully a cardio increase. jebus!

anyways, i felt like a beast in the gym. i powered thru everything till the very end. even when i struggled i felt like there was another level in me to reach to get those last reps. felt jacked, awesome pump. really good feeling.... until i hit the treadmill. lasted all of 30 seconds and then i felt like i was butt fucked by a donkey. made it to bout 45 seconds and i died, my body was gassed. i had the jogging form of terry fox. anyways i was pretty happy with the sarms. def felt better than i normally do in the gym. i also have had a harder time sleeping as it is light out later, and light out earlier. and on top of that i reduced carbs today. and i still felt better than normal :)

meals were:

chicken breast with cucumber and carrots and 1/4 of a whole wheat 6 inch pita @noon

just another day at work. fuck 12 hours are long. didnt do much slept most of the day in the truck

dosed sarms the same 25@6am, 25@noon, 25@6pm. did some cardio today. ran for just over 2 miles. averaging 10 minutes a mile. foot started to kill so i stopped then. felt good tho cardio wise, i know it wasnt a grueling run or anything. ended with a quick sprint to burn up the lungs. maybe i just needed to get back into the groove of things. who knows? def prefer treadmill to eliptical

meals were:

shoot, got all carried away on C and C last night and forgot bout this. will post up more detail later, but i decided to try all 75 mg an hour and a half before gym time. felt great in the gym. better than before thats for sure. reps were going up easier. could also been i had a my worjout partner too, so mentally i was better off. and my diet as shit yesterday. no lunch and snacktime protein supplied. relied mostly on shakes yesterday, had a couple maple bars, and fried chicken for dinner. also i dont sleep worth shit. not sarms related, at least i think, i always struggle to sleep. but its gettin worse with the heat and longer sunlight days. will put stats up for the day later. lol plus i twisted the shit out of my already broken foot.
 
so last nights workout looked something like this:

squats - 135 x5 > 185 x5 > 225 x5 > 275x5x5x5x5x5 felt good today. really good even with broken bone in foot and sprained ankle
bench - 115 x5 > 135 x5 > 165 x5x5x5x5x5 easy.. cant remember why i lowered it from 185. maybe i thought id struggle or something.
squat - 135 x5 > 18 5x5 > 245 x5x5x5x5x5 still pretty easy. still babying my back along
dips bodyweight x5x5 10 x5x5 25 x5
situp with a twist for obliques 25 x5x5x5x5x5

i felt really good in the gym. i ate shitty and i could feel its effects but i still felt better than normal.. not sure if 75mg before workout is better than 25 dosed 3 times a day. gonna have to ask around. so will do that

yeh it does nothing, i was taking upto 5 3mg pills a night. ive always been this way. just been worse this last week. with the heat and the noise from the rain all night i guess. fortunately i might be getting our crew moved into a new camp with apparently good beds, good ac next month so hopefully that will help
 
gonna crack open a need2sleep next week when i get home from work. or those zinc/magnesium pills. or organics nighty night tea. or all of it idk
 
alright guys, gettin a little behind, had to work a couple of extra hours at work. yesterday i went for a cardio day. my run went pretty good.. well at least for me anyways. dosage was 75mg hour and a half before my run. cant remember diet, but same old crap, protein and phytos in the morning, eggs etc.

today i ended up workin and extra 3 hours, so 15 1/2 total so i ended up missing the gym, seeing as i just ate and now wont be able to workout. lol ive been asking around about dosing still, about what is better to have it in your system longer, or to have a higher dose during workout. you might notice Radar has a thread about it up now. lol he said to run it at 50mg once a day. 75 is too much. ive seen logs of upto 100mg/day so i will think about this on my 2 off days coming up tomorrow and thursday. as i wrote in his thread in regards to sides:

i have not had any vision sides yet. and the first week i ran it for 6 days to get the right off days. no yellow tint or going from light to dark places or vice versa. as a matter of fact i suffer from a compressed nerve behind my right eye that every day, or every other day kind of thing since i was 15 results in hours of a dull pain in my eye. fuckin sucks. the last 2 weeks on sarms i havent gotten that once. my joints feel great too, but ive also been on krill oil for a couple years now so who know..

and i actually had a decent sleep last night. i have a stolen couch in my camp room, so i slept on that. and it helped.. or it could just be that my sleep deficit caught up to me and the sandman came collecting.. idk but felt great tho

figure id log this now. wednesday is an mt first off day from sarms, and is an off day from training. every wednesday is a travel for. i work 6 hours today, then have to pack of my camp room (work in fort mcmurray oil sands) and then have to drive bout 500 or so km back to home, then have to go to my head office to hand in paperwork for the week, talk about disciplinary things usually lol, just the usual BS with my project manager. then i get to drive around the city dropping everyone off at the bus station or there home or wherever the hell they decide to go to. Long Long day, so yeah figured id update this morning.. also had one hell of a leg cramp in the middle of the night. damn!!!!! still limping from it. gonna have to stretch that shit out better i guess
 
well long day yesterday. i had an almost incident in my car followed by a mental episode. couldnt imagine being in a big city like LA or NY. so i went and got tanked last night. good night split 8 pitchers of beer with my buddy. so that my askew things for the day. didnt eat much yesterday. doubled my brreakfast to get me thru the drive. i had to buy a can of coke on the drive because i kept falling asleep. that didnt agree with me. felt high almost from the caffeine. been along time since i drank that shit. myoplex meal replacement powder package. 700 cals when in milk. gf didnt buy food again. well i should say she went shopping on monday. spent a few dollars to tide herself over until i get home and now she expects me to restock the house.
 
2 week update!!!!:

now for some results. got weighed this morning at the gym, same protocol as my first time getting weighed at beginning of thread.

weight = 187 lbs so -4 pounds
bf% = 19% and they say they are within a 7% or something lol, but still -1%

didnt have the best training this week with my foot, didnt mix well with running. weights were great and all, cardio i could have busted more ass, so essentially i didnt do anything different in terms of diet or training. gonna up my cardio as my foot is getting better. going to hit the indoor skate park up on the roller blades today. day 2 of my off day of sarms be back on tomorrow.. i almost miss the taste a little bit.
 
hell. gonna be in school all this week for safety courses and it looks like this is gonna suck. did muay thai after blading on thursday so i got a full body workout in, so i guess my forced off day was alright yesterday. was up at 5 to drive across the city for school, all day in class, went grocery shopping, home at about 9pm. same thing today, but this class is only a 10 minute drive from home, and although its another 2 part class it is spread over 2 days so i will only be there till hopefully 4 or 5 then i can get a workout in. dosed sarms 75 mg last night, will again today. diet was a lil shady yesterday since i didnt ave any food. 1 egg for breakfast. protein shake with phyto greens. small bowl of whole wheat noodles for lunch and a cereal bar. 5 smokies and a scoop of peanut butter for dinner. yikes. oh well will update how today goes later on
 
so, got out of class even earlier than expected today. awesome! decided to do a plyo workout today, havent done one in a while. felt really good. felt like i killed it. my heart rate seemed a little up. not on any stims or anything, i only take stims while on erase. but otherwise the workout rocked. felt strong, good endurance. cardio seems to be picking up too, i usually struggle with that in an hiit style plyo workout. dosed s4 at 75 mgs hour pre workout

meals:
homemade wholewheat oatmeal with blueberris, organic milk and cinnamon @6:30
plain whole wheat pasta @noon
banana and peanut butter @ 2:30

ps. thought i was gonna be asked to leave the gym today. whenever i dont eat something for along time (cinnamon) and reintroduce it into my diet, and i used a fair bit, i get gassy like a mofo. plus i held it in all day in class. like my stomach was thunderstorming away. i was sooooo gassy and smelly. noone would come near my side of the gym, then the smell just sticks to my sweat and yeah, it smelled somethin fierce
 
also just incase this isnt mentioned anywhere the only things i am taking other than food and sarms s4 is:
krill ts 1 am and pm
vitamin c 1 am and pm
protein shake usually in morning for a protein boost and post workout
glutamine and dextrose post workout in shake
phytogreens for veggie boost in the am

my joints feel great too. my shoulder was really fucked and the krill has helped phenomenally with all joints, cept when i sleep in my fav position for a few days it will hurt my shoulder a bit in the morning. since starting s4 ive been sleeping in that position every night now, which is just over 2 weeks and it hasnt been sore once yet. no eye sides yet, and also no eye aches which i have suffered from since i was 15 :) :) finally found organic nighty night tea too, to help me sleep as recommended by trex. i am lovin this s4!!
 
that nighty night tea seemed to help. didnt fall asleep the best cuz my gf kept bugging me to give me shit, but once asleep i slept all night without crazy ass dreams. felt really good in the morning. apparently it taste normal for tea.... i think it taste like ass. long day at school, had to cock block this homo by askin the only decent lookin chick in class to go to lunch with me and my class partner. lol douche. just ended up being an off day, was gonna go for a roller blade sesh at the skate park to get some cardio but noone ended up going. im still trying to figure out how to maximize this part of my schedule as muay thai(thurs/tues) and boxing(mon/wed) seem to screw up everything and lead to overtraining, because i usually do weights starting again on wednesdays when i go back to work. 75mg of sarms dosed today too

anyways meals for the day are:

banana @ 10am
calzone and tequila shots @noon
wholewheat pasta plain@3pm
oven cooked chickenbreast and potatoes @7:15pm
 
another long day of school, was totally wiped out and then my gf made me go rock climbing. one day of classes left then back to the work week. hopefully muay thai tomorrow too.

ps i average about a gallon+ a day of water, maybe 1/2 gallon a day of milk. all foods are organic, or for meats organic fed animals or free-range or whatever the hell they are

that is entirely possible i was thinking of a few options for the next one. i already have a few beast bottles, each one paired with a katana, and about 90% of supporting and pct supps. also have a methadrol extreme i was thinkin of doing solo as i know nothin about its results so i figured a solo log would be good for Ironmag, or possibly an s4/osta stack since id like to keep my cardio up for muay thai. lol.. maybe all that first then the s4/osta stack afterwards might be a good option to end on a high cardio note. lol oh the options my friend. then there is all the peps to get into next... oh my oh my :biggrin:
 
another class down. back to work in the am. at least my lifting schedule will become regular again. muay thai was pretty basic today. some new ppl joined so going over basics, combos, i dicked around with the heavy bags. not too much cardio wise. next 2 days will be off days for sarms. had abit of an eyeache tody. during the day while i was trying to stay awake in class. i think it was mostly from being so tired.

week 3 is done and no eye sides yet for me. when i get back next week i think i will try and setup some bloodwork for a few weeks down the road. somewhere around my 8th week on sarms to see how the numbers are, any shutdown or anything. i think in canada healthcare takes care of all that for free. guess we will find out. will run an unleashed if needed
 
fuck i hate wednesdays. up at 4am today, on about 4 or so hours of sleep. the nighty night is helping me tho. still find it hard to get to sleep but i stay asleep once there and feel more rested in the mornings. drove around picked up the workers, office at 6, picked up safety shit drove north till about noon, ate lunch then worked till 6. got in shit apparently when my truck went in for service they put a gps in it. well i was driving bout 160 down the highway. my boss text me mid drive, then when i called him when i got to my office he told me i was being written up again. lol whoopity doo

thanks Lart. hope it helps ya with something, or gets ya to buy something, or entertains you, or at the very least kills a little bit of time in your day if you're bored. it def helps to log it. much easier than looking at my scribbled down notes in my book, some pages are worthless cuz i spilled a glass of water on one side. i want to start breaking down the macros every now and then when i get a little more time on days off or something. any tips anyone has or any other comments feel free to post as well guys.
 
i actually worked a whole day of work today.. i mean i do maintenance work, a full day is still only 4 hours out of 12 at best. lol but i didnt take a single nap :biggrin: weights yesterday if u can call it that, so today went for a run 30 minutes at 5.5 on the treadmill and incline 5.5 as well. 340 cals. another 30 minutes or so on the punching dummy.

diet is as follows:

cooks are idiots btw. got into a big arguement with this ass clown. one cook was getting swamped with a few orders in front of me, so this chick stops cleaning the soda fridges and comes to serve me. all cooks have to wear blue rubber gloves when dealing with food. so she doesnt change her gloves from when she was using the cleaning products and i asked her if she was gonna do that before she served me. she looked at me like i was fucking retarded. we got into a heated debate and eventually the other dude just served me and told her to go to the back, most likely to shut me up. some ppl just need to get punched in the head for not understanding simple concepts on sanitation, cleanliness and using your brain. no wonder she only makes 15 bux an hour.. also the cleaning lady didnt change the roll of toilet paper. i know there is another roll in my washroom but out of stubbornness and anger at the cook im not going to the washroom till i get to my office tomorrow, and my tp roll had better be changed.. although i think she might be mad that i clogged the toilet on thursday and just left it cuz there was no plunger and i was late for my morning meeting

my plant is about 5 km away from christina lake, so we had a little dock built and some boats.. but i dont have a boating license :( the only fish i know of that are in there are pike. just little guys, today combined, myself, josh the masturbator, and tom the scaffolder caught 12 (yesterday only 4: josh-2,me-1,tom-1) fish ranging from 2-7 pounds. the biggest ive seen caught is 15 pounds out of that lake.

i worked like hell to remind myself that im the best, and to show new staff why i am there boss even though i am younger than everyone (also i have leadership and safety tickets no one else has, so they prefer me to run the field, but im not the overall boss or anything...yet) my gf was annoying me, and i worked hard, and we had a bunch of down time so i grabbed a couple guys that worked hard and went fishing.

alright guys, got measured today, 187 lbs and 19% bf. no change really in this last week, i consider that mostly to the fact i i hadnt worked out in 4 days, and i aslo had a pretty crappy diet day as well, yesterday wasnt great while traveling, but i do my best to avoid the crap. also gf stress consistent thru the last week mprobably affected cort levels. today i have added PES shift, erase, and alpha t2 for some extra fat loss burning. Gonna run it like this for the next 8 weeks along side s4:

AM: 2 caps Alpha T2+1 cap Erase
Mid Day- 1 cap Aplha T2 + 1 cap Shift
PM: 2 caps Shift + 1 cap Erase

Also i broke up with my gf last night. We were together for just over 4 years. Pretty darn difficult thing to do, but often we have pretty different views in life and a different direction in general where we want to go, so i think this will be for the best.... as long as i can replace her with someone as good looking or better. she was really pretty could take a little bit of time. oh well, its me time now!

ps. took an ass lightning this morning, just arrived last night. the shit def works, idk if u americans have 5 hour energy shots, but it seems to be exactly like that. ingredients are 99% similar too. although i think to buy a case of 5 hour would be more expensive, plus the name ass lightning rocks
 
went out and got hella-drunk last night. nothing too goofy happened, but damn is it a small world. didnt eat much today. might have a few more nights out before the ex comes home. gonna take the weekend off of sarms and the PES stack, and restart on monday... gonna run a caloric deficit this week. partially due to still being drunk in the mornings and lazy.
 
well yesterday i spent majority of the day in bed, watched Hall Pass (super funny in the beginning) Transformers 3 (good) and Green Lantern (alright) didnt eat too much. had a couple of protein shakes, eggs for breaky, noodles for lunch, noddles for dinner.

Today went to a yoga class, damn that shit is hard, havent been in a while. was sweatin like a pig, just a strugglin. i was the only dude there. all the chicks were smoking hot. joints feel so much better. had 2 eggs and 2 pieces of 12 grain toast for breakfast, noodles and home made meat sauce for lunch... dinner not sure yet.

Back on PES/s4 tomorrow, also back to school tomorrow!
 
i was a little wary at first as some have sternly recommended never going above 50mg ed and others have said its fine. but after reading logs going upto 125 mg ed i thought 75 would be alright. im really liking it and would like to run osta/s4 maybe over the winter

Benefits so far:

i suffer from eye aches daily to eod since 15. have had only 1 eye ache since starting s4.. mostly due to lots of reading/videos in class i believe that day also

going from light to dark or vice versa i think i was just starting to see a slowed reaction on my last day of this last week.. not 100%

i had zero! vision sides the first couple weeks and really so far no complaints whatsoever.. well just the taste but i kind of miss it now. i think these extra couple days off will help also give the body some time to recouperate in terms of maybe slowly building vision sides as the weeks go buy. lots of rest, and cant wait to get back at 'er after an unbelievably stressful week

meat sauce contains 1/2 pound of bison meat. scoop of garlic sauteed, random amount of red onion(sauteed also) and black beans. i blend fresh chilis, fresh ginger and garlic cloves into a paste with a little extra virgin olive oil and put a couple spoons of that in there, black pepper, 2 of those tiny cans of organic tomato sauce, worchestershire sauce, also random amount, i premix my franks hot sauce by dumping half of it out and then refilling it with tabasco. used some of that.. a fair bit. some red pepper spice i found in the cupboard then that chinese hot sauce with the green lid and rooster on it i absolutely covered everything in it afterwards.. also a little parm i mixed in when cooking it all. shit was so hot i was sweating more than i do at the gym. damn, and i love hot shit, took bout 45 minutes to eat this plate

went for cardio today, usually would do weights but my workout partner doesnt like lifting after the drive up so looks like we are gonna switch it around cuz then tomorrow id run, and he'd do weights then we're fucked for the shift. half hour run today, also i noticed something unusual today but im gonna give it a few more days to see iff it continues and therefor actually is what i think it is, or my body is just being weird today for some reason.

also im gonna switch my lifting up a little bit, not exactly how yet. gonna start light tomorrow with some german volume training 10x10 in prep for a mini smolov bench and squat at same time maybe.. or possibly just mini bench with one dl and squat day.. not sure yet. maybe 10x10 squat/bench tomorrow, and then rest day, then 10x10 dl and military press.. idk ill figure it out tomorrow

glad ur enjoying it CEO. no i actually havent seen her since then. Due to school on my last days off i missed class so i did my best to make up for it by doing some skippin rope, pushups and pullups at home at night. there has been some interesting events on the thursday but i dont want to get into it incase im being e-stalked by my xgf lol. she knows im always on here and CoBra is my actual nickname in real life too so she would figure it out pretty easy. but its been alright, ya know good bro ;)
 
so just like yesterday, what i noticed happened again.. and i even did my best to counteract this feeling as it came about repeatedly. now to explain: yesterday i ate like i always ate, and im guessing the PES products are taking full effect in my system after a few days. although i ate what i normally ate, i was starving all day and all night. i would eat and an hour later, my stomach hurt i was so hungry already. so today i jacked up my portions. a little bit at breakfast, even more at lunch and a monster dinner. i ate 3 hours ago, im fucking hungry right now. so from the double dose 3-3 (t2) from the alpha t2 and shift bringing my total 3-3 dosage to 900mg a day at how i am dosing it is putting my metabolism thru the roof. like past the roof up in the clouds. i doubled my dinner size and im still hungry. my internet up north doesnt work well enough to break down the macros on a website, so thats why im not doing it ever, but trust me i ate like a pig today.

boring day today. been sleeping decent, but getting major extra sleep hours at work. id say about 4 hours both today and yesterday :) pretty slow at work, i also probably spent about another 4 hours sitting in the truck daydreaming, couple hours visiting office girls and other trades, maybe an hour each day working lol. if the whole world new how much i got paid for how much work i do, and every body in the oil business in general (except drillers, but all gas plany staff like myself) the world would go into war for how much oil cost.

went for a half hour run today, trying to get to an hour but every run my legs start chaffing really bad and it gets so painful.. ive noticed even thought im not lifting that much compared to before my legs have still gotten there size back. all my pants are really tight around the thighs. but tiny upper body. oh well fat loss is the goal here, not size/strength...yet.
 
well, it tastes like ass dude, but it grows on you in an assy kind of way. im not seeing shit for sides. no yellow tint, at week 4 started to get the tiniest bit of slow recovery when going from light to dark and vice versa. but i took an extra couple days off at end of week 4 due to personal issues with life. 5 overall i think total. not a problem any more. it is great for focus and determination to get that last rep or 2. my first few weeks my diet wasnt best and between work/school i missed a few workouts but my weight still went down a few pounds each time i weighed myself. 90 second break in between sets and i feel like i just started lifting that day. veins are def more visible up my sides and shoulders. muscles feel hard.

its not a steroid, its not gonna add 30 pounds to your bench or anything like that but id say its perfect for starting in pct or after pct and running in between cycles. great product, bought it from sarms search. def glad i bought 2. am gonna get an osta for the next run and stack them!

another boring day at work, decided not to run because my legs are killing me from chafing. did laundry and went fishing instead. caught 4 little pike, all around the 2 pound range, and 1 walleye that was just under 4 pounds. diet was clean but ate alot for every meal.

wednesday:
yay long day of driving. down 2 pounds but that isnt measured on an empty stomach and also wearing jeans and a belt. ive also been eating twice as much these last 3 or 4 days. gotta eat more smaller meals on that PES stack with the sarms to prevent constant starving. big breakfast, junk for lunch, chicken breast so far for dinner, not sure what to make to go with it. got my body glide!

other than that, not too much to say, got right pissed up last night and pounded like a boss. typical looking girl for me. tiny, prob 5 feet tall, maybe 100-110 pounds. nice bum small tits. nice face, im not sure how old she was but she graduated high school in 2008, so like 20 or 21. like a boss i say! did it a second time this morning but i had to go easy cuz her box was sore. 2 weeks i think without sex, hella long time.

 
thanks bro. well yesterday i spent the whole day doing errands driving around the city. so much effin fun!! went for a run, maybe 30 minutes around the city. did 100 pushups, 100 pullups. both various grips. squats and lunges with my 2 20 pound dumb bells. lol gettin the big legs ahahah. barely ate yesterday was on the go all day. took an ntkt2 as well, with my sarms and PES products. i think i had a chicken breast in the morning, a couple scoops of peanut butter, a grilled cheese sandwich and a spinach/pesto home made pizza for dinner with the new girlie.

She says that was the best sex she ever had. it seemed alright i was hammered. dont even know how i got to her place. but i guess i had the right amount of whiskey dick to keep it goin for a while, but not too much i couldnt get it up. im sure she is bullshitting too, but she is only 20 so maybe. not like i care really, i still finished either way.

gonna go for another run tonight. supposed to meet up with this chick again, later on a watch a movie or something lame. she seems needy.

off day today, spent the day shopping, although i only took about 5 minutes to raid the skate shop for a few new pairs of shoes, couple pairs of pants, 6 t-shirts, 1 long sleeve, and one hoodie. bitch took like an hour to go to 2 stores. i ate dinner from bourbon street grill, and then went back for a cinnamon bun and she didnt even notice she was gone so long. jesus. still dosed everything today like normal. slept in good today too, love weekends no school!

back to the mall today, sat in the aisle way while she did shopping for about 3 hours. skipped the junk food this time tho :) you see some weird shit at the mall if your there long enough. watched 2 guys make out. some little black kid ran up and sat on my lap and called me daddy. the mom looked horrified. being black she must be single and not know who the father is, is my guess, at least by the look on her face. lotta fatties. lotta butter faces and butter bodies. nothing that made me say wow tho. there was a bikini car wash a block from home that i "missed" my turn a couple times so i could creep on by. ironically i actually had a song on the cd called creep playing.. i link it at the bottom. couldnt work out today, apparently my membership ran out this afternoon when i got there, and i was already being a baby from being at the mall bored all day. gotta find a new place to workout, overhaul my diet for next week, i been crunching macros and cals. dosed everything the same. thinkin ill do a plyo workout at home tomorrow night since im a broke ass till the end of the month :(... also i got a date wit another chick right now lol, and the other chick is sitting right beside me on the couch. im just stepping out for a bit lmao

hey guys sorry for the brief update for today and yesterday. been super busy with school and arranging to get the ex back to halifax, and moving myself back to canmore. been eating clean, a few extra cals to use up some food before it goes bad but not too much. plyo on monday for an hour, 100 pushups/pullups later tonight.

dosed everything as normal, plus i have added 300mg of 5-htp as well. mostly for seratonin production. almost a decade of abusing other kinds of illegal substances may have screwed shit up in my thyroid. was supposed to start taking that last year per doctors recommendation of low seratonin levels.

back to work tomorrow. yay... god i love life right now :(

on a good note, i swung by the gym and got weighed on my way home: 183 pounds so down 8 pounds since starting everything, thats also somewhat fully hydrated, but hadnt aten since lunch time, so bout 5 hours after. just in my ginch..also if u remember from c&c convos, not that any of you guys workout so u proly arent reading this, but i invested $110 in undies and now own a full 2 week supply
 
meatballs for dinner:

1/2 pound ground turkey, bunch a minced garlic, light chili paste, whole bunch of pesto, table spoon of salt, couple table spoons of pepper, bunch of parmesan, an egg, little bit of milk, fresh basil, very very very finely chopped up onion, all mixed together. put a cube of mozza inside each one and covered it all up with meat. drizzle some olive oil over it. coulda done without a few items but oh well. mofo that stuff is good

diet is as follows:

protein shake with 1 spoon xtra virgin olive oil - 6am 250 cals, 30 grams protein 10 grams fat
5 eggs - 7:45 450 cals, 30 grams protein, 35 grams fat
2 chicken breasts - noon 400 cals, 50 grams protein, 8 grams fat
roast pork loin & 2 pieces of fish - 6pm 360 cals, 53 grams protein, 38 grams fat
after my workout>> protein shake with xv. olive oil 250 cals, 30 grams protein 10 grams fat

totals: 1710 cals 193 grams protein 101 grams fat 2 grams carbs :):)

*edit. protein shake has 1 gram of carb in it, so 2 all day not 0

now lets see how long i can keep this shit up. wasnt starving but coulda ate a lil bit more all day, gonna run this diet pretty much the exact same every day till next wednesday when i carb up again. also cuz wednesdays i drive all day so i can have a banana or some shit on the drive. makes things easy that way instead of looking for good meats to eat. dinner will very as my dinners are provided by the kitchen at work, but will be some form of all protein.

got my body glide, hopefully it works!! took my t2/erase/shift just like every other day, sarms at 75mg going down the hatch right now pre work out. 5-htp 300mg/day also. krill, cayanne both am/pm, and my multi. will take 1 gram of vit c post workout to help with cortisol. goin for a run at 8, and hopefully i can rock and roll with this body glide mofo

body glide works, ran for 30 min, burnt 380 cals. running is my pet peeve but i will get it to 1 hour

well i ate the same as yesterday, completely identical cept for dinner. had a steak and a bunch of shrimp. then the dude sittin next to me had a cheese cake wit fresh hot caramel on it. due to the smell i had to have one, then a double chocolate chip cookie also with caramel chips, a naniamo bar, and this peanut butter marshmallow thing. lets not talk about diet today :( i was weak. gonna add forged burner when i get home. im liking the diet so far, i feel good all day, never bloated or too full, feel energetic. just gotta get my cravings under control and i think some forged burner will easily nip that in the bud.

workout wise went for a run on the threadmill. started off at speed 5 for 5 minutes, upped it by 1 every other minute till i was toast. took a 10 minute brake on the stationary bike going pretty easy, then repeated on the treadmill. my teeth felt funny. kind of like when i hold my pee for too long.... might just be me
 
so yesterday i went out fishing no workout. diet was basically the same as today. minus dinner had 3 pieces of chicken and a bowl of scallops and prawns.

today i did a different workout with some other dude i work with. dont even know what some of the shit is called. but it was shoulders, bis, tris. arms are pretty sore. i just finished off with dips and 21s. i didnt like his isolation workout. not my style, def a big fan of the compounds.

meals were:

5 eggs, 1 piece of ww toast
cucumbers and carrots with hummus. smokie
another smokie
ham and potatoes

not sure on how i want to do my diet. the thing is i live in a camp for work for half the month so i can only eat what they make. which is really making any attempt at a keto not possible unless i eat nothing but protein... gonna just go back to low carbs, no carbs after lunch, and low cals startin tomorrow
 
another boring day at the office. lots of sleeping. downloaded some new games for the iphone. crime city seems alright. just started it. was mackin on one of the camp girls. we gonna have breakfast together tomorrow. shes a camp 10, in the city 7. but id still tap her up here. its better than beating my meat 6 times a day or workin with a raging boner.

well sorry guys for the long break. not a good way to end my last week of sarms. got enough for close to 75mg id say and the bottle is done. this last week i got no workouts in. i had 3 days in class out of my 6 days off. put 4000 km on my car driving back and forth moving all my shit from edmonton to canmore, selling all the furniture and helping my xgf get all her stuff packed and mailed out to halifax. ate out almost every meal of every day. got right good and liquored saturday night in calgary.

wasnt all bad though: overall i lost 10 pounds on the dot, bf% down 2. i had a few distractions with a foot injury, fumbling around with different diet ideas, stress levels from the breakup. but 10 pounds is still 10 pounds. gonna hit the gym this week, flying out to halifax next days off then i am moving to canmore and will have a new gym setup down there, hopefully yoga everyday afterwards, plus i can bike, climb, do whatever the fuck i want. so thanks for tuning in.

Review of all products used:

Sarms s4: pricey, but was good. great for the mind in the gym. Upped my determination and focus. never got lazy and gave up on the last rep while using. kinda liked the taste after awhile

Krill TS: Love it. shit is the bomb. cheaper than any health food store. joints are great, even while using erase

Shift/alpha t2/erase: as soon as i started taking this i was hungry all day every day on my diet which i have been eating for along time and am very used to. that must mean they were doing there job very effectively. i upped my cals by about 800 per day to not starve all day and weight still dropped continuously and with minimal cardio

Need2shampoo: just added this stuff. dont know bout hair regrowth but it smells amazing. nizoral dried the shit out of my scalp. need2shampoo fixed it up within a week. and i mean it smells really amazing.
